The Kondo (main hall) was rebuilt over 45 years (completed in 1974). The first floor is reinforced concrete and there is a pillar like a Greek temple in front. A wooden tile-roofed Mido is on the first floor. Shotendo is on the left hand side of the Kondo (in front of the mountain gate). Tomeiji Temple of the Shingi Shingon sect temple is called Minggasan Myooin. Although the date of the founding of Tomeiji Temple is unknown, it is said that Genkyo Hoin opened the mountain by calling himself Shoodo during the civilization year (1469-1486). In addition to being used as a set for successive shoguns during the Edo period, it was also depicted in the famous Edo Zue, and many literati and ink artists visited it.
