　Tunami City, Toyama Prefecture is proud of tulips. The Tunami City Cultural Center was built adjacent to the Tulip Park where the fair was held. It is a venue where events such as concerts are held, but on the Tulip Park side there is a rooftop called Panorama Terrace.
