Right next to Tulip Park
Original Text
Tunami City, Toyama Prefecture is proud of tulips. The Tunami City Cultural Center was built adjacent to the Tulip Park where the fair was held. It is a venue where events such as concerts are held, but on the Tulip Park side there is a rooftop called Panorama Terrace. When you go up there, you can see the tulip fair. 5 In the middle of the month, we visited, the terrace was closed and we couldn't climb.
Tonami City Cultural Center is a public facility next to Tonami Tulip Park where the Tulip Fair is held. We visited here in mid-5, not during the tulip fair. I went there because there was an observation space called "Panorama Terrace", but it was closed. Apparently, it seems that it is open only during the tulip fair.
I went there for the first time around the Tulip Festival. Certainly, I think movies were held at the event. The environment is also good, so it seems that it is often used by local people.
There were posters for concerts and events at the entrance, but on the day of the visit, "SING / Sing" and Okuribito "because it was "Hall Cinema in Toyama 2019". 2 It was a free performance day for a book movie. You can use it as a cool share spot.
It's a magnificent facility right after entering Tulip Park, and it feels like a public hall. During the Tulip Festival, a shadow painting experience event was held. It is a good facility for light use such as participating if you notice and like it.
