    "Japan's oldest health god" ⛩

    Original Text

The catch phrase was "Japan's oldest god of health". Sumisaka Okami was described as the deity, and it was the name that collectively referred to as the six gods. When you go up the stone steps and go up to the precincts, the front is the hall of worship, and you can also worship the main shrine in the back. By the way, "Yama no Kami Oyamagi Shrine" was enshrined next to the main shrine.

A shrine enshrining the oldest health

    Original Text

I left Kintetsu Haibara Station and walked along the Uda River. At dusk, the vermilion bridge over the Uda River was beautiful with the lights, so I stopped by. You can see the magnificent view of the Uda River spreading below you as you climb the stone steps of the steep slope. It is a historic shrine that appears in Nihonshoki and Kojiki. It is the oldest shrine in Japan to enshrin the god of health.
