Guest User: Very good and clean hotel and service was awesome. I was surprised that breakfast didn't come with the room. Also I had some trouble with the card to access the elevator but the front desk was very helpful and polite.

Guest User: We enjoyed our stay in the Tru Hilton! The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfy! The bathroom and shower were nice as well, and the breakfast was good! We could have used an extra night just to use the pool and other amenities! 5/5 would recommend!

JIAN: Typical Holiday Inn, the decoration style seems to be more fashionable than the old Holiday Inn, breakfast is less selective, but people are free, it is satisfactory

Guest User: Several things, They use heat pumps instead of furnaces, do it has to be so cold before they work. You can’t use them to take the chill off. Half the time I was freezing. I had one towel in the room. The second day I had to go ask for another one since my room was not cleaned. The third day the room was not cleaned again. I called the front desk and ask why my room was not cleaned again they told me the rooms are only cleaned on the third day so I asked them was I supposed to use the same towel all three days. There was no microwave in the room. They blamed it on the remodel. No paper or pens. I thought I was staying at a 5 star hotel but I rate it at a 2 star at the most. Never staying there again
