 👣 3/F, LHT Tower, 31 Queen's Road, Central, Hong Kong

SPIGA brings a modern yet deeply rooted Italian dining experience to Central. The restaurant draws inspiration from the culinary traditions of Italy, with a strong focus on seasonal produce sourced from the sea, the farm, and the land. The space is sleek and inviting, with a warm terrace that makes Sunday brunch feel effortlessly relaxing.

I really enjoyed the balance of the 4 course brunch. The raw scampi from the "To Begin: The Sea" platter was exceptionally fresh, with a naturally sweet finish. For mains, the barramundi fillet was beautifully cooked, flaky and light, with a lemon butter sauce that didn't overpower the fish. The dessert trolley at the end was a fun touch, especially the Italian biscuits and the creamy cake slices.

我好鍾意前菜「To Begin: The Sea」入面嘅生挪威海螯蝦,好鮮甜。主菜方面,澳洲鱸魚煎得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑,檸檬牛油醬清淡得嚟提升鮮味。最後甜品車係驚喜,尤其係意大利餅乾同幾款切件蛋糕,簡單但滿足!
