AAnonymous User: Hôtel 3 étoiles un peu vieillissant au niveau des chambres. Certains désagréments (linges de toilette manquants et tâchés ou troués, absence de douche, connexions électriques non protégées) ont été en partie oubliés par l'accueil chaleureux et le dévouement de la manager.

NNBW: I needed an overnight stay in Laval, that was convenient for the train station. This hotel was a perfect fit. My room was on the 2nd floor and not facing the street. It was very quiet, very clean and with a small but powerful shower. I did not book a breakfast when I booked the room, but when checking out the smell of fresh bread and coffee persuaded me to buy a breakfast. I was not disappointed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Strongly recommend the hotel.

IInès: The staff were lovely at check-out. I appreciated the size of the room and the bed. My only complaint: I think the toilet bowl could use replacing and the flush pressure checked.
