Additional Information

Introduction

The Seven Storey Pagoda Tower, also known as the Kek Lo Temple Tower and the Buddha Pagoda Tower, is located in the east of Kek Lok Si Temple. It was built by the disciple of Linji Zong, one of the five Zen sects. It is a pavilion-style brick tower with beautiful appearance and exquisite beauty. The layout is rare in China, facing south, and is connected to the brick-built hard mountain-style underground temple. The partial components of the Seven Storey Pagoda Tower also have some decorations, and also have some Western architectural styles. The combination of Chinese and Western is very distinctive.
