About Heshan: Heshan is a county-level city administered by Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. It is one of China’s famous bridge towns. The county of Heshan was established in 1732 and was named for the crane-like appearance of its mountain. Heshan has gorgeous scenery and a pleasant climate where every season feels like spring. It has developed tourism destinations including the Dayanshan (“Wild Goose Mountain”) Scenic Area, Ma Mountain (“Horse Mountain”), Xianhe Lake (“White Crane Lake”), and Gulao Water Town. Cultural sites include Dongpo Pavilion and the Tiefu Painting Pagoda (铁夫画阁) , which was built to honor the painter Li Tiefu and holds many works by him and other famous artists.
