The original Binyang Building was built in the Ming Dynasty, and was rebuilt in the 11th year of Qing Xianfeng (1861) and damaged. From 1986 to 1987, the Binyang Building of the big wooden structure was rebuilt according to the design of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Relics of the National Bureau of Cultural Relics. Its height is 12.9 meters, the north and south face is 18.9 meters, and the east and west depth is about 11.6 meters. Its structure is the top of the mountain, maintaining the style of the Ming Dynasty architecture. The roof is covered with gray tube tiles, the corners of the roof ridge are upturned, and each is decorated with animals. The city building is divided into two floors, weighing more than 800 tons, all supported by 36 round wooden pillars with a diameter of about 35 cm. The upper ceiling is auspicious dragon pattern, the beam frame imitates the green and green gold Xuanzi color painting of the Ming Dynasty, surrounded by a corridor, for visitors to look around the building.
