On Sunday morning in Chongqing Mansion, a group of black people and Filipino domestic servants entered their nightlife. Every weekend, they only drink and revel here from Saturday night to Sunday morning. Compared with the nightclubs where foreigners linger on Hong Kong Island, it seems as if they are in another country. Talk to a Filipino who speaks Japanese and a Kenyan who speaks Chinese before slowly putting down his guard against my unexpected visitor. Maybe we will find out that we are in Hong Kong when we get out of Chongqing Mansion.
