Tang Daming Palace is an outstanding representative of the Oriental garden architecture art, known as the Oriental Temple of the Silk Road. The Daming Palace site is the first batch of key cultural relics protection units announced by the State Council in 1961, and is a major site protection project of world significance determined by the International Council of Ancient Sites, and is an important part of the overall application of the Silk Road for World Cultural Heritage.
