This is an Orthodox Church, formerly the Princess Ridge Chapel with the Army. With the completion of the Songhua River East Bridge and the formation of the pier, it moved to Church Street. The wooden structure church was built in 1912-1913 and the new masonry structure church was rebuilt in 1935-1936 (designed by architects Smirnov and Dostonovsky). The church is tall and unique in appearance, complex in structure, rich in decorative lines and feet, red and white in walls, and elegant in the reflection of sunlight. This church is different from the traditional Byzantine Church in Russia. The bell tower is tent-roofed, the dome above the main entrance is Russian onion-shaped, and the tower and the Cathedral are Baroque-style. The three Catholic crosses were erected on three domes of different sizes, namely, the bell tower, the tower and the cathedral. Different styles blend with each other in the same church building, which is full of beauty of rhythm, shape and color.
