Fu He Hui is a quiet and quiet restaurant in Shanghai's busy and noisy downtown area. After we quietly entered a modern-style building in the former public concession, the waiter took us to the vegetarian restaurant upstairs, where the quiet private private rooms are almost all built in Japanese minimalist style. The dark wooden table is not covered with any tablecloths, and the screen of the grid pattern separates the individual rooms. There is a bunch of orchids on the Chinese case against the wall in the private room, and a contemporary artwork with a subtle style hangs on the wall. We ordered two sets of the day so we could try the delicious food as much as we could. Fuhehui is the latest vegetarian restaurant opened by the restaurant group after Shanghai's prestigious Fu 1015, Fu 1088 and Fu 1039 restaurants, led by Tony Lu, Shanghai's most famous chef. Last year, it was selected in the 19th place of the list of "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" (Asia' s 50 Best Restaurants)) by San Peilu, alongside sister restaurant Fu 1015, which is the number one restaurant in mainland China.
