I came to Tokyo 2 years ago and I had to try sushi for the first time in Tsukiji. We finished the tuna auction at about 6 am, but there were already many people in line. My sister and I queued until nearly 11 o'clock to enter the store. Fortunately, a pair of Taiwanese mothers and children waited for us to talk about the time before it passed faster. We each chose a selection of sushi meals + a sushi of our own. Tora (tuna fish) sushi is very sweet and rich in oil. Sea urchin sushi is sweet and delicate. In addition, I chose sushi with a belt. The master opened a fresh tape to us to taste, very sweet and light seawater. This meal is very satisfying, but unfortunately I have waited too long.
