要说厦门老字号，佳味再添必定占有一席之地。位于大同路49号，历史应该超过30年了，记得很小的时候外婆就带着我们来吃。环境谈不上好，但也算干净整洁，所有的小吃都是现点现煮。这里从早餐时候，就开始人声鼎沸。要先到服务台买“粮票”，这个传统也是从开业至今延续下来，既避免了直接接触钱币而带来的细菌，也方便核算。多退少补，其实还是蛮念旧的一种购买方式。卤面、虾面、沙茶面、芋包、拌面、面线糊……这些老厦门人熟悉的小吃，在这里都能吃到。而且价位始终保持低价。红汤卤面，是每次来佳味再添必须要点的。浓郁粘稠的汤汁带着鲜美的虾味。那其中必须添加的三层肉更是绝美。芋包，里面是满满的馅料。佳味再添，没有网红店的颜值，却30多年一直是厦门人最爱的小吃店，人均低至5元便可吃饱。
