It is located at the north end of Xianfu North Street, Zhangye City. It was founded in 1984 and covers an area of 299 acres. There is a garden gate on each of the north and south central axes. The south gate is the main gate, connected to North County Street in front, and the north gate to North Huancheng Road. The two gates are connected by a wide corridor. On the corridor, there is a shade wall in the south, an arch bridge in the north, and the east and west lakes are connected under the bridge. After entering the south gate, there are lawns, gardens, fountains and square ponds on the left side (west). There are three pavilions in the west of Fangtang, two in the east, one in the south, and adjacent to the northwest, which is the tea garden book club. From the west of the lake to the north gate, there are also pavilions, trees and terraces along the lake. There is a children's playground on the right (east) of the south gate. After passing the shade wall, approach the arch bridge, the left side of the road is the waters of the West Lake, and the right side of the road is the flower garden and the sister pavilion. The east and north of the pavilion are East Lake. There is a road in the south of the pavilion that leads to Hunan. Hunan has a vast territory, many pine and fir trees are planted, and the winding path leads to the secluded. There is a hill in the southeast, and a four-cornered lookout pavilion is built on it, which can take in the scenery of the whole garden. After crossing the arch bridge, there are rockery Zhusheng on the left, and there is a curved bridge and a hexagonal pavilion on the right, extending southward from the east lake to the lake.
