Located in Xiaonan Street, Zhangye City, it was built in the eighth year of Emperor Yongzheng's reign (1730). Zhangye is an important center of commerce and trade on the ancient Silk Road. Merchants from Shanxi, Shaanxi and other places have opened dozens of big business houses in Zhangye. The Guandi Temple built in the second year of Yongzheng was converted into a Shanxi Guild Hall, and the construction costs were raised by merchants. The guild hall integrates palace architecture and folk architecture, forming an ups and downs, open and closed, scattered and well-proportioned courtyard groups. Arranged in sequence along an axis, such as the mountain gate, the stage (two floors up and down, the upper stage is the stage, the lower one is the passage), the grandstand (the upper stage is the stage, the lower one is the gallery), the archway, the bell and drum tower, the main hall, the back building, etc. Strange shape, majestic and dignified. The palaces and pavilions, the courtyard flowers and trees make the whole building colorful. Exquisite wood carvings, stone carvings, colored paintings, and clay sculptures are scattered throughout the museum, adding radiance and radiance to each other. All buildings are well preserved except the accompanying hall, which has been demolished. Before liberation, there was a private Sanjin Primary School. After liberation, it was properly protected and repaired many times, and was promulgated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit. Now it is the residence of Zhangye Cultural Center.
