Stayed 5 nights – overall good experience. The cleaning service was excellent, especially Lasanthika, who was always friendly and brought positive energy with her smile. However, there were some disappointments – no gym. as advertised showing gym , very weak Wi-Fi, and the swimming pool didn’t meet expected standards..

The residential hotel was in a good location at marina bay. The staff was very kind and upgraded our room.
The room is spacious, bed was good. The only thing is that the room kinda smell bad when you first enter. Sofa was bit old.

Room condition is very good
But the address described on the trip was different from the actual room address, so I struggled very much.
The hotel did not accidentally send a check-in message, and cash deposit should be prepared in advance to tell the check-in time
I have to go to the airport at dawn, but it takes about 20 minutes to get a deposit.
I booked to stay lightly and wash before leaving Dubai, but it was a pity that I had too much trouble

- Overall is good, reception manager Pei Pei demonstrated good service and fast response, but one reception guy was disappointing
- Gobin who was the night time reception, was lowering the whole level of the hotel, ashamed the whole hotel
(Incident: we saw an advertisement in the elevator showing 160 AED for 6 bottled Heineken beer in the afternoon, that night we ordered by dialing 0 in the room service, then when paying the bill, it was 252 AED, we didn't ask further for the price because we were afriad we missed some conditions in the advertisement.
The other night, we planned to order again, so we see again the advertisement in the elevator, it just stated ”Dial 0 or scan QR code to place order”, then we headed to the reception and asked if there is any hidden conditions. Gobin just questioned me if my picture is taken on the day and told me it is a recent promotion, so it's wasn't started on the day i ordered. That's totally trying to drag the problem to us, i was never thinking to get back what i over paid, and you didnt need to defend and attack me at once.
And then he asked if I have any proof that the advertisement was published on the day I order the beer, I said I didn’t take a picture on that day, then I asked him which day this promotion started, he failed to answer. Then he quibbled and said because we didn't tell over the phone that we wanted to get the promotion beer, so we couldn't get 160 AED beer. I was so pissed, but I was too focused on how I can proof the promotion has already started on the day I ordered the beer, then I went back to our room and I didn't pay much attention to his words.
After going back my room, my family told me again what Gobin said just now, it was totally humiliating and treated us as a fool. Is that I don't mention the promotion price, then I need to pay extra? It's totally nonsence. The original price was 240 AED for 6 bottles, we paid 252 AED just because you charged me on a price of single bottle 42 AED each x 6 bottles.
Because I was totally pissed off, I went back and argued with him, he knew he couldn't cheat me anymore, then he passed our case to his colleague. His colleague ****** in his service too (but i forgot to memorize his name), same as Gobin, he was trying to point the problem back to us, he said because there was no bottled beer so the staff gave us canned beer that night, so I was charged for a higher price, then I told him to see the two remaining bottles in my room and i took picture on that night as well. At last, they failed to put back the fault to us, and gave me back the money.
The whole incident was nonsense, and ruined my mood in the whole night. I had never tried to feel so pissed for a staff in the hotel before.
Room:
- Spacious, clean, sufficient facilities
- Light flashes in washroom, tolerated for two nights but finally too annoyed, so reflected this on a random surve, Pei Pei approached me the next day when we were having breakfast and sent engineer to fix the light (she offered change of room but we turned down, and she offered a complimentary dinner and a fruit platter)
Gym:
- More than enough for a hotel
Swimming Pool:
- Small and not many seats
Breakfast Buffet:
- Large variety of choice and taste good

Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall you can walk by feet. Everything you need is in the next surrouindings, to Jumeirah Beach 4km. I enjoyed my stay and 4 days buisiness Trip in this hotel, even when its next to the day and night buissy highways and for my opinion old fashined Ambiente

GGuest UserThe price is in the mid-100,000 won range and it is spacious, and since it is a residence, there is also a microwave.
If you don't like Middle Eastern tastes, it's okay to bring Haetban and eat it.
You can't see the fountain show, but you can see the Burj Khalifa diagonally. Please refer to the photo

HHusamIt's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them.
Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account.
Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around.

FFitzjohnThis hotel is very well located and attached to Al ghurair Shopping centre where there is a medium sized Carrefour supermarket, Centrepoint, Bath body and works, Marks and Spencer shop to name a few and several eateries and chemists.
The metro station Union is about a five minute walk away.
Easy access to everything as it is right in the hustle and bustle of Al Rigga.
Taxis are readily available.
The hotel is split into hotel rooms and apartments on each side. Both are accessed from 1st floor.
There are 2 good sized swimming pools, with spa which you pay extra to access. There is a coffee shop in reception area open until late which offers cakes, sandwiches and coffees. Room service is 24 hours. TV selection is okay with a few English cinema films, CNN, Euronews and Travel channel.
Apartments are spacious and well designed however furniture is dated and upholstery dirty and stained. Air conditioning in rooms weren’t always working properly. Kitchen area had large American fridge, washer dryer and kettle with coffee maker. No pods provided for Nespresso machine. No basic washing up liquid etc.. so going to supermarket next door will be a must to get basics. Bathrooms had Swiss shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Bathrooms were huge, modern and clean.
Rain shower lacked pressure but did the job.
Overall, a fantastic stay as apartment was huge, located in a good vibrant part of Deira, close to airport and staff extremely friendly and professional.
Furniture needs updating and maintenance needs to look into fixtures.
I would recommend and I would return due to location and outstanding staff
