The room is very new and clean. The kitchenette in the room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, so you can cook by yourself. There is a laundry room where you can wash and dry your own clothes, which is suitable for people traveling long distances. Recommended for long-distance trips and family trips with children.

I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay. The room was very hot, and since the air conditioning wasn't working, we were given a fan instead. Additionally, we were not informed about the extra £10 charge per person for a 'spa day' to use the pool, which was confusing as I only wanted a quick swim. It was very disappointing that hotel guests were not allowed even a brief 10-minute pool time. Lastly, the reception desk was quite small, and with three staff members talking over each other, the experience felt chaotic. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

The staff are very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and enough. Very clean and pleasant rooms. Central location, within walking distance from the centre. In general, this is hilton, but you should remember that it is not a 5-star one. Recommended

Everything was excellent. Great welcome by Karl. Useful local tips. Spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Great parking. Superb breakfast. This hotel offers has an uniqueness, which we thoroughly enjoyed including the lounge / library area. Nice broad selection of books available as well.

The hotel was one of the highlights of our visit to Cardiff. Unparalleled views over the Bay Area from our balcony. An easy stroll down to the docks and everything that goes on there and a cheap Uber to the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. In fact the only downside was the car parking fee. Really enjoyed this hotel.

Everything was on our expectations from 3 star. Room size was spacious. Kids can stay free. Breakfast was served fresh and everything available as per needed. Location was central which helped us reaching to main attractions easily. I would recommend.

It is a clean, friendly and well equipped hotel located at Cardiff city centre. Good value for money.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was very pleasant and clean. Friendly faces and friendly service. The beds are very comfortable and absolutely huge! The only negative I would mention was the fact that on the first night, we were sat in the bar enjoying a drink and the barmaid came out and started to hoover, which obviously made us uncomfortable and was also quite loud, so we proceeded to take our drinks to our room to finish them. Which also meant we didn’t use the bar facility again for the rest of the stay, which was a shame.

2nd time staying there. In an Executive Suite. Amazing! Hotel lobby and staff fantastic! Room well equipped, clean and very comfy bed. Executive lounge 10/10 . Would defently stay there for a 3rd time!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the central station, next to the downtown business district, it is very convenient to eat, go shopping, go to the castle, museum and Market. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk to the Bay. There is a bus nearby, which takes 20 minutes. I feel that the bus tickets in Cardiff are more expensive than those in England. The hotel staff are very nice.
