The front desk was very early, no one was there. I checked in at the front door and waited for a few minutes to drive at the front desk. Give me the keys and open the door to see the room. In fact, I can leave the keys at the front desk like other hotels. A few minutes is also cold enough. There are two large and one small beds in the room, suitable for children. I will check out at 9 o'clock in the morning, clean the house, and the people who come to the hotel will come. The kitchen is fully equipped and the car can be parked in the backyard.

The room is large, located in the center of the town, you can walk to IGA and the beach, there is a kitchen and washing machine, the clothes are fully equipped, the check-in is convenient, the key will be put in the small box when outdated, just ask the front desk in advance

The hotel does not have a front desk. After arriving, you need advice before staff can come to open the door. This is not very convenient. It is reasonable and convenient to leave the envelope without password lock. The rooms are not very large, but the facilities are quite complete, and they are relatively clean and new. It is close to the sea. I went to see the sunrise in the morning and the view was good. Local Chinese food is also highly recommended, about one kilometer away from the hotel and within walking distance.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

AA&K TravelsVery noisy, can hear outside traffic as well as the people above (we were woken up every morning at 6am to a heard of elephants and machinery above us, really unpleasant!), in addition the bed was extremely uncomfortable (no duvet, it’s a itchy blanket). The only thing good was the size of the place and the kitchen however the inside of the oven was filthy with greasy tin foil left over. Internet wasn’t the best speed and kept dropping. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

JJace BlancThe location is perfect: 2mins walk to the famous Margaret river bakery; minutes walk to the central where everything else is available including Woolies, tourist centre, and eateries of all cuisines - we chose a Thai restaurant during our trip, and some simple shopping.
The free parking is perfect. And the unit is clean and tidy too. The pool though, was kinda dirty- but it was cold so we didn’t swim.
It would be great if the description could include that the reception is closed after 6pm.
Although the check in is equally smooth and easy without a reception.
Overall a great experience - highly recommend!

AAsher Zen NgThe apartment is great! Very clean and everything is working in good condition. You have the cooking area, with utensils, pots and pans provided. Mini fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Not to forget they provide 2 packs of detergent for our 2 nights stay.
However cooking will require us to open our balcony to prevent from triggering the smoke alarm.
Just a breeze walk to the city centre.
Parking available with reservation at the concierge.

AAnonymous UserClean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away.
The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones.
Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help.
The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

GGuest UserHotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes.

Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel.
Spacious and clean rooms
Nespresso machine and capsules are provided
Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful
Cons.
Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late.
Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room.
Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in.

Cleanliness: The apartment is well maintained.
Service: It is great to have a reception so we were able to stay with a peace of mind.
Facilities: The apartment has a kitchen, dining space, sofa, 2 bathroom and a laundry room with dryer. Perfect for doing my laundry before I fly home. You also have free parking within the premises.
The only shortcomings for me... there is no elevator. So we have put our stuff in a hand luggage and walk up to level 3. You will have problem if you need to re-pack your big luggages.

SSiddikaThe hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel.
The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.
