The room is perfect for families as it’s spacious. The one we stayed in can accommodate up to six people, making it a great option for larger groups. Although it’s not located right in downtown Canmore, it’s only a short drive away. Our room also had a kitchen, which is perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals. Basic cooking utensils, such as pans, are provided, although some of them are a little worn and could be updated. The room itself is a little dated, and some of the chairs had damaged surfaces. It would also be better if the reception opened earlier, as it was still closed when we wanted to speak to someone at 8:15 a.m. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. 5-10 min walk from everything. We needed to clean the tea/coffee amenities and wipe down the table ourselves but no big deal. We booked a superior 2 queen room - all these types of room are all on the first floor. You should make sure to request facing inside, not outside towards the street. No view but it's quiet. Others complain about noise/privacy if facing the street on the 1st floor. One pool was closed for renovation and blocking some of the view from the roof.

It is exceptional! The room is clean and prestige. The view is amazing. Easy to check in. The only thing is that. If they can have more hot tubs!

It is nice cozy place… all you need for a stay. The price is great for the value you get of a small suite with all private amenities you would need. The service is responsive. It is so close to all the great restaurants on the 17th Ave. It is located in Lower Mount Royal are of the city… can’t get it better than this at the price point. Enjoyed my stay there for 9 nights. The two beds were perfect for my friend and me. Having a convenience store nearby was super handy for grabbing snacks or anything we needed in a pinch. We walked to downtown in about 20 minutes, or you could easily take the bus too. My only minor complaint was hearing footsteps and conversations from the upstairs neighbors. But it wasn't too bad, so it was fine. Being on the first floor, it got a little warm at night when we closed all the windows. Other than that, everything was great!

The place was clean, host had difficulty speaking in English since she’s Chinese.

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms no complaints

This hotel has no front desk, and the whole check-in process is self-service. I didn't notice the email, so when I arrived at the hotel in the pouring rain, I was completely lost and made a big mistake. The hotel itself is relatively new, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The kitchen and laundry facilities are all well-equipped. However, the soundproofing between floors is quite poor; upstairs was stomping around from 5 AM. Also, some rooms are located next to a main road, so light sleepers should be cautious. It's also over two kilometers from the town center.

Very good, very helpful, the environment is very good! The bed is very comfortable, there is a chop restaurant next to it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a perfect experience, for me this hotel feels at least four stars
