Modern farmhouse feel. Only good vibes in this old house.*Please note this is our family home, and we have a 2-year old child. As such, you will be in ear shot of some regular child-related noises at times :)*Please note the town of Stratford is building a community campus & high school behind our property. It is not directly bordering our property, however, you will be able to see and hear construction in the distance. Our experience thus far is that we cannot hear any noise when inside but can hear noise in distance when outside. They are putting in sports fields (not buildings) closest to us.
