The hotel is quite new overall. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM, but you can leave your luggage in the adjacent student dormitory building (up a small hill 😃).
Unfortunately, the room didn't have a kettle or cups, only glass tumblers. There was just one frying pan and one pot.
All other amenities were excellent. The gym is quite spacious and well-equipped for a hotel.

This is a wonderful place: bright design and cleanliness. Strategically located very convenient: the bus station is right in the same building underground. There is the same subway. I lived on the 10th floor and the whole city was like on the hands! I definitely recommend!
Stayed at this hotel for the third time, close to the customer, the room is large, there are large shopping malls, parking lots, gas stations nearby. The price is still cheap, and it is a rare hotel in Europe that will provide toothbrush and toothpaste, that is, the water still has to be charged and there are no slippers.
Good location to old town and city.
Clean apartment hotel with good amenities.
Staffs are friendly but with limited working time in reception. You might need to call staff to checkout/in.
Good location, close to the city centre. Basic rooms, double bed was quite small and the pillows flat. When asked in reception for extra towels for the outdoor pool they didn’t give them and only offered to use the bathroom towels and exchange for clean ones after. Tooftop pool is a paddle pool (water level reached my knees). Clean overall.
The room was super-clean and well-equipped, but the hotel has poor noise isolation so that I could hear everyone in the corridor. Important to notice, that my room had windows facing the narrow courtyard-well covered with glass roof above, which meant no fresh-air that for some travelers like me is very important.
Everything was perfect. We had an incredible view of the Guggenheim Museum. Just a small note about the smell of the towels and the fact that there was only one pillow per person. But these are minor details and personal preferences; everything else was perfect and efficient!

WWalt from LAOverall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

IikweettnietmeerPleasant apartment in a quiet suburb with friendly reception. Nearby is a supermarket, coffee shop and a good bar/restaurant. Transport to the center is also easy with bus 38 (get off at the 1st stop after the complex) or metro.
In addition, the complex is somewhat noisy (contact sounds and slamming doors), the apartment does not work as an apartment, because there are no kitchen utensils. There is also no cleaning and there are soaps etc.
The latter issues do not have to be insurmountable and then the price-quality ratio is good.
I do wonder what the noise will be like when the students return.

CCThis is an apartment hotel located next to the British company, with subway to the train station and bus station, very convenient. Downstairs and nearby many restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. You can download the hotel's app, you can use your mobile phone to unlock it, which is very convenient. highly recommended!
GGuest UserAlthough the location isn't in a busy area, transportation is quite convenient. It's within walking distance of Guggenheim, and there are many supermarkets of various sizes nearby. Just be aware of their opening hours; they're all closed on Sundays.
