Kamarnya super bersih, besar.. Staff ramah. Kamar yg dipilih tipe SUITE 2 bedroom, sangat cocok untuk family. Proses check in dan check out juga cepat.
Kebetulan saya dapat kamar nomer 1111 dan 1211. Jadi akses masuk kamar bisa dari lantai 11 dan lantai 12.
Lantai atas (12) dan bawah (11) tipe kamar suite dihubungkan oleh tangga di dalam kamar. Ini bukan Mezzanine ya. Betulan 2 kamar, jd kamar atas ada pintu, kamar mandi, mini kulkas tersendiri. Begitu pula lantai bawah ada tersendiri kamar mandi dan mini kulkasnya.
Lantai bawah (11) ada sofa dan meja makan. Lengkap pokoknya. AC sangat dingin karena di lantai bawah ada 2 AC. Jd meski kamar besar, suhu dingin tetap tersuplai dengan baik.
Lantai 1 (Lobby) ada Parigie Coffee & Pastry, Indomaret. Lantai 2 ada Food Station, House of Wok. Jadi tidak perlu bingung untuk urusan kuliner.
Akses Lift juga cepat karena dibedakan untuk lantai genap dan ganjil. Jadi betul2 nyaman tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk lift.

Stay with family here. The apartment is clean, the facilities are cool, the location is also strategic to go anywhere near. Recommended! Next time I go to SBY, I want to stay here again.

Good experiences anyway. This is a kind of daily cost. But because it's new, it's very clean. The bed is quite comfortable, the air conditioner is perfect cold, the hot water can be adjustable. The bathroom is also very clean because it's new. The new thing is that I forgot to swipe the mirror and clothes hangers/towels ... hehehe ... only minus 1, the car parking slot is very small, you can only get on 2-3 cars. But it's no problem, next time you go to Malang, you can come back again ...

GGuest UserTowels looks a bit dull. Coffee machine can’t use. The shower head stand already broken. We can’t use the shower without holding because always fall down. Unfortunately the house keeping when make up the room didn’t ask the man to fix it instead just propped up the head shower. I think it will continue broken until there are guests who complain. Others are okay, breakfast very satisfactory.
