The first time I booked in Orchard, the studio with an extra bed, then said there was a power outage so I moved to Tanglin to upgrade to **R without any additional charge. The location is very strategic because it is attached to Pakuwon Mall. The rest is just enough. the room is quite small.the host is communicative and can be called.the process of picking up the key(elevator access card and mailbox door,room key,parking card)in the mailbox and parking is indeed confusing if it is not described. Fortunately, the host gave me photos and explanations and ready to answer if you call.

The explanation for key picking and parking is very clear. Owner is friendly. Every room has ac and hot water is joss.. Only unfortunately there is a leak in the bathroom coming from the top floor. So quite annoying. Towels are provided too. Under the sofa bed please clean it. And the place to dry towels is time to be thrown away. It's broken

ZZie RZMy wife and I, had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared.
The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, perfect for a couple’s getaway. We especially loved the cozy ambiance and comfortable bed, which made it hard to leave the room! The facilities were excellent, and having the residence-style amenities made our stay even more convenient and relaxing.
The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel valued and well taken care of.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and elegant, deal for couples looking to unwind.
We left with beautiful memories and will definitely return on our next trip to Surabaya. Highly recommended for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and top-notch service. 💛

GGuest UserThe check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.

NNurahThe apartment is small and worn out. The glass at the kitchen wall cracks. The toilet is dirty too. Needs to renovate and do some painting. The balcony is too small and dirty. The location is very good though as it is connected to the supermall pakuwon.
