Holiday Apartments in Kotor Municipality, Montenegro

First of all, the room is an apartment in the form of a homestay. Our husband and wife are arranged on the top floor. We are very satisfied because the room is large, but there are no hotel facilities such as hair dryers and slippers. We need to bring our own. I think the price is very high, because it is winter, do not play the sea, so there is no resort hotel on the beach, the purpose is to be convenient and cheap. This is a bit difficult to find in the ancient city at first. You can find it on Google Maps. The hotel has a hotel name on the door. If you can't find it, you can ask the merchants in the ancient city. After arriving, you need to call the landlord first to open the door to check in. Remember to check in after 2 pm. The phone is posted at the door, okay? There is a 0 in the middle, don't add it when you call. The ancient city is quiet at night, safe, and the facilities are old, but harmless. Not suitable for the elderly and children, because this building, the stairs are not easy to climb, the spiral stairs are very narrow, there is no elevator, but it is suitable for us to have no high requirements for the living conditions, the demand is clean, safe, convenient to travel, and very cost-effective. The location is also convenient, the landlord's phone contact attitude is also very friendly, and you need to check out before 11 o'clock. Very satisfied with us, very pertinent, different travel needs, choose hotels according to your needs.

We booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights. Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in. The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area. The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable. A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor. There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM. I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all. ) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay. If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season. But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!

The main value of this hotel is the beautiful view; otherwise, it's very average. I wouldn't want to stay longer than 2 nights. The location is very inconvenient without a car, and it's not as close to the airport as I'd hoped, so you'll have to spend money on a taxi. The room isn't as nice as in the photos; it's clearly a bit 'tired' now. Overall, it's more or less clean, apart from a layer of dust under the bed. Everything worked – both the air conditioning and hot water. The staff were very polite and friendly and eager to help with any questions.

It is a particularly comfortable homestay, and the scenery is amazing on the balcony! Before leaving, I took some photos on the balcony as a souvenir. The landlord is a very friendly couple, you can see their intentions in the room. The quilt is very clean after washing, the bathroom and sink in the toilet are also very clean, there is a kitchenette and a very complete tableware, and even some basic seasonings. More importantly, it is a five-minute walk from the pier where the Blue Cave is booked, and a two-minute walk from the pier to the ancient city. This will also pass a big supermarket in the middle, which is very convenient. Because I had some trouble during the trip, they were very, very patient to disturb the landlord to borrow alcohol and chargers at night and helped us. I hope everyone has a pleasant journey here! This is a particularly great B&B and was amazed by the view from the balcony! I took some photos from the balcony as a souvenir before leaving. The landlords are a very friendly couple and you can see the care taken in the rooms. The duvet was freshly washed smelling very clean, the toilet bath & sink were both very clean, there was a kitchenette and very well stocked with crockery and even some basic spices. What's more it's only a five minute walk from the pier where the Blue Hole was booked, and a two minute walk from the pier to the old town, which also passes a large supermarket on the way, making it very convenient. Because we had some trouble during the trip, we disturbed the landlords at night to borrow alcohol and chargers and they were very, very patient to help us. I hope you all have a great trip here!

Everything was awesome. It was a bit noisy at night since the hotel is located in the historic city center, but that’s to be expected with pretty much any hotel in this area. Closing the windows helps a lot, and the hotel also provides earplugs. Our windows overlooked a lovely garden with cats, which we absolutely loved — it was such a nice touch!

Nice newly renovated apartment. Definitely need a car to reach this place. In Feb it was cold and no central heating but had aircon on hot mode. Upon arrival it takes 3h to heat up hot water tank. Quite a lot of bugs but that s living in the nature for you 😊 Jasmina is very helpful but only contactable on mobile or viber. No email and WhatsApp

Great location however it was right next to church and everyday we got woken up by the sound at 6 am and 7 am again and was more over weekend due to mass of you don’t mind the sound it’s great place to stay.

The hotel is quite a distance from Kotor Old Town, about a 15-minute walk, and it's also hard to find a taxi nearby, making the location rather inconvenient. The room had a strong medicinal smell, and the interior facilities were old and dated. A positive aspect was the staff's prompt replies to messages. However, overall, the price did not align with the quality, offering poor value for money.

The enthusiastic front desk clerk, slowly tell me the news I need. The room was large and clean. The hotel's own parking lot is now November. It is the off-season for travel, so my experience is particularly satisfactory, like living at home. Convenient parking, fast Wi-Fi, located in the north of Kotor,1.5 kilometers from the old city, not far from walking, walking along the coastline,
