The room was clean, bright and the environment was relax, comfortable and beautiful. Overall the room for this price was 9.5/10. However, the service and management were disappointing. At 1AM, we realized that the room did not have a hair dryer, so we went down to request one from the counter. The guard contacted the PIC, and the PIC informed us that all the staff had already gone back. They asked us to WhatsApp the number displayed at the counter the next morning when we needed the hair dryer, and we agreed. The next morning at 10AM, we contacted the WhatsApp PIC, only to be told that our room was not under their management. We then tried calling customer service, but nobody answered. What made it worse was that when we explained the situation, the WhatsApp PIC simply replied “I don’t know” instead of helping us with the correct contact number. Honestly, I’m not trying to blame any individual staff member, but if our room is not under that management, then why was that number displayed so prominently at the counter? It was misleading and caused unnecessary confusion for guests. Eventually, I found another contact number from my booking page and called them directly. The PIC said they would send the hair dryer immediately, but after waiting 10 minutes, nobody came. We went down to the counter again, and the staff told us, “We are a bit busy, you can go back up now, my staff is waiting outside your door.” It honestly felt like they just wanted us to leave quickly and gave us a random excuse to brush us off, because when we returned to the room, nobody was there. In the end, we only received the hair dryer at 11AM. Taking one full hour just to get a hair dryer delivered to the room was honestly quite ridiculous.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable. Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨ Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

Newly renovated with great self-service check in system, though some details need attention. Overall, I really liked the newly renovated room. The self-service process is seamless, and the message guidelines are very clear—though the video quality could be improved, it was still easy enough to understand. A few things to note: Parking: The underground car park doesn't have a direct link to the main building (likely because it's an older building that was refurbished). Room Details: The bedsheets were worn to the point of pilling ,and the curtain holder fell off during my stay, possibly due to the wall material. Despite these minor maintenance issues, I was satisfied with the renovation details. Everything still feels very fresh and new!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful.

Location easy to lookout.. totally new place.. but not too difficult to find From check in to parking, please straight proceed to parking then access back door for Check in. Booked two rooms with 1 bathroom. Toilet and shower are separated. The small rooms really quite small and can be stuffy. Beds are rather single bed, not super single. Another main room still oki with queen size. But window facing garden. soundproof kinda bad. Big room facing garden - children runnning and screaming, small room near lift can hear the lift 🛗 sound. While toilet flushing and door can be disturbing for light sleeper. Disappointed with the ants (last two pics) come on way to the toilet bowl. Downside - no bedroom shoes The property rather new and near by has famous insta worth cafe :)

The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though.

I had a great stay at Ipoh ICC Premium Suites and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment to relax. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a short stay. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The building felt safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, with convenient access to food options, shopping areas, and popular attractions around Ipoh. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Ipoh ICC Premium Suites to travellers visiting Ipoh and would happily stay here again in the future.

I forgot to take photos but trust me, I think this property is new, so it is very clean, everything looked new, not crowded at all, check in process also very simple, no deposit needed. Room is very cozy and comfortable. You may get confused upon arrival but the security guards are helpful and able to communicate in English. I enjoy staying here very much!

Huge thanks to the host for being so accommodating and resolving the deposit issue for us. The swimming pool was fantastic, I really enjoyed it. There was just one downside: in one of the rooms, there was what sounded like a water collector or something similar? It would suddenly make a booming noise, making it impossible to sleep. Luckily, there were three rooms in total with plenty of beds.
