Though having some inconvenience during the check in, but was rectified very quickly. Good service, thank you Yau for your quick response. Nice and clean place to stay, as all of us are very happy with the accommodation.

I stayed with my daughter. While the room was spacious and the location was convenient, we had some trouble checking in. Our door key number didn’t work at all, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. It was a bit frustrating after a long day. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable.

Owner should really improve on the cleanliness. The floor was little sticky, the toilet has stains, doors are rusted MOST IMPORTANTLY, the toilet paper provided has dirty stains. And i asked for tissue paper but owner say tissue paper is not provided. Ok, but its abit weird to not have tissue paper. Apart from that, the location was okay. Good choice also, a small recommendation is to add hooks in the toilet for us to put our towels and clothings.

Location was great and within 10 mins drive to all the popular eating shops and 15 mins to shopping area of Ipoh city centre. Free car park helps a lot and we enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool with nice aerial view of the mountains at the background. Host was responsive as they only had 3 mugs for our booking for 6 people. When we requested for more, it was brought to us quite promptly. Except for the kitchen and dining area which is a little cramped and a huge stain mark on the kitchen flooring area, it was perfect as the place was clean.

Everything as described.. clear direction for check in and check out procedure.. Proposal to the owner.. should add on racks and hangers for clothes and towels. The toilet needs an exhaust fan to make the floor dry. Overall we are happy for the stay. Nice morning sunrise view..

The apartment is conveniently located near the old town. it's easy to grabcar to nearby places to eat. The rooms are very clean and spotless. The only not so great thing is the mattress in the master bedroom. We could feel the spring poking at our back. I hope the management can replace the mattress or at least turn it around. Overall a pleasant stay and my kids loves it.

Super nice apartment. The only drawbacks, rooftop pool is close during our visit. Trip.com or host need to make an announcement on this platform before guests make any booking. The stay without pool access somehow ruined the holiday. Please call the property before making a booking. Above all will definitely come back here again.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb last week! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts of our stay was the water playground — the kids had a fantastic time, which was a highlight of the trip! However, we were slightly disappointed with the approach of the security guard stationed at the water playground. While we understand the importance of maintaining safety and order, the frequent whistle-blowing and constant instructions to the children made the experience feel less enjoyable and a bit tense at times. It would be great if there were a more friendly and engaging way to manage the area, especially when kids are just trying to have fun. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place, but we hope the management considers a more child-friendly approach at the water playground in the future.

The newly opened shop has very good service and great location. Taiping Lake Park is just outside the door. The breakfast is very clean and hygienic. The manager is a beautiful Chinese and the service is very good. There is also a Chinese uncle who is also good! Thank you for your warm hospitality and stay at your home next time you come to Taiping!

It was a greet stay and choice in Ipoh , value rate and location all the restaurant walking distance
