I had an absolutely superb stay at this hotel! The place is incredibly beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean from the moment we arrived until checkout. The atmosphere is calm and very family-friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool. They have separate pools for adults and kids, and both were very clean and well taken care of. My family and I spent a lot of time there—it was relaxing for the adults and fun for the children. The room was comfortable, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, which made it easy for us to truly rest and enjoy our time together. What surprised me the most was the price. It was very affordable for such high-quality service and facilities. Staying here with my family was totally worth it—we felt satisfied in every way.

I am satisfied with everything in the hotel. No doubt one of the best serve for breakfast with roti canai, nasi lemak, pulut kuning, nasi impit with kuah kacang, laksa etc

So far, everything's been okay. The facilities are good, and the room is comfortable. My only concerns are that the elevator from the basement parking feels a bit sketchy, and the private parking is limited. If the private parking is full, you have to use the public parking, which you'll need to pay for during working hours.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful.

Location easy to lookout.. totally new place.. but not too difficult to find From check in to parking, please straight proceed to parking then access back door for Check in. Booked two rooms with 1 bathroom. Toilet and shower are separated. The small rooms really quite small and can be stuffy. Beds are rather single bed, not super single. Another main room still oki with queen size. But window facing garden. soundproof kinda bad. Big room facing garden - children runnning and screaming, small room near lift can hear the lift 🛗 sound. While toilet flushing and door can be disturbing for light sleeper. Disappointed with the ants (last two pics) come on way to the toilet bowl. Downside - no bedroom shoes The property rather new and near by has famous insta worth cafe :)

Room overall is good and spacious. Value for money. However the door lock for my bathroom is broken and can’t be locked during bathing leaving the gap. Even though I inform the reception but no one take action for the 2nd day. In the wash tub, a hand towel , hand detergent or soup and rubbish bin should be provided. The gymnasium is good with excellent view and if can offer 24 hours and it will be a credit to guest. One unsatisfactory thing was that I have left something memorable to me but hotel is not flexible to send back even I requested and agreed to pay the courier charge as I have left Ipoh.

The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The building felt safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, with convenient access to food options, shopping areas, and popular attractions around Ipoh. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Ipoh ICC Premium Suites to travellers visiting Ipoh and would happily stay here again in the future.

I forgot to take photos but trust me, I think this property is new, so it is very clean, everything looked new, not crowded at all, check in process also very simple, no deposit needed. Room is very cozy and comfortable. You may get confused upon arrival but the security guards are helpful and able to communicate in English. I enjoy staying here very much!

Huge thanks to the host for being so accommodating and resolving the deposit issue for us. The swimming pool was fantastic, I really enjoyed it. There was just one downside: in one of the rooms, there was what sounded like a water collector or something similar? It would suddenly make a booming noise, making it impossible to sleep. Luckily, there were three rooms in total with plenty of beds.
