If u don’t have vehicles u need to climb the hill each time to reach ur Villa… Standard room is for a couple … if u have kids .. check the square feet area of each room and book .. u need to book bigger room …. Very very poor breakfast spreads … only good thing is service from staff … Courteous staff

This is one of the best hotels we stayed. It is located in city centre with all restaurants and shops nearby. It is not near the slopes if you are skiing but the hotel provides a shuttle 3 times during the day to take you to the slopes. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfort all round. There are no swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi in this hotel if you are a fan of swimming after skiing. Overall great experience and awesome hotel. Will definitely book again in this hotel.

The hotel is very well located and close to Kecharis Church, Tsakhkadzor ropeway. It is ok for one night if you prefer budget stay but do not expect too much. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I saw a huge difference after my previous stay (in 2017). The hotel inventory has become outdated, the beddings and towels are worn-out, even with holes in some places, the windows and the floor in the room were dirty, the toilet smelled with humidity. It is not recommended to drink the water from the tap but there are water dispensers almost in any corner. The staff is very helpful. Although I had made my booking 2 weeks before my arrival they mistakenly fixed my check-in for a later date. Fortunately before arrival I decided to recheck my booking on the phone and managed to solve the problem though after a tough conversation with the staff. In general the staff was very helpful, because of the incident with my booking they upgraded my room, they also provided help with finding a local taxi, offered to leave the luggage in the reception because they do not have luggage storage room. The breakfast offered by the hotel is very good and value for the price.

The hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly.The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The hotel itself is lovely. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

Park resort is my favorite place for rest. I visit this place several times a year. The staff is super helpful and professional, the food is very testy. The rooms are wide, clean and you can find every necessary amenities for hotel stay. outside is very clean. My kids adore this place as there are lots of kids friendly places, kids zone with a girl who look after your kids and you can rest and taste their perfect coffee with ice cream. My parents also love this place, as it is very peaceful and they can walk in the nature. We also did team building with our team, and everybody loved this place and for very much. I advice this place for family rest, for team building, for conferences and for having good time with friends.

I recently stayed in a cozy cottage at Elegant hotel in Tsaghkadzor, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. It was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The living area was warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable, and were perfect for spending quality time. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring everything was ready for us when we arrived. It’s perfect for families or groups looking for privacy, comfort, and a touch of nature. I would absolutely recommend it and look forward to returning someday 🤩

Meet well with a smile on the face. The room booked through the island. There were three types of rooms on the site. Paid the classic. They were taken to the room located in the basement floor. Two walls are all the windows. The room is cold and the smell of moisture. But at the same time the girl commented here the mol veranda is your personal balcony, but on it you can see people who work sometimes. But at the same time it is your balcony. The room is very small. Literally no place to chalch. The next day the indigenous population settled. Heating was included. It turned out that the room I was given was not in line with the price I paid. The host of the hotel decided that it was possible.
