YYauheniya Satsura🏡 Modest but Convenient Hotel Near the Beach
We stayed at this hotel in Pangkor, and overall, our experience was positive.
- 📍 **Location:** It's super close to the beach and the main street with cafes and shops – you really couldn't ask for a better spot.
- 🏠 **Accommodation Style:** The hotel is made up of small bungalows, each with its own entrance. Most have a little terrace with a table. It's all very simple, but clean and pleasant.
- 🛏️ **Amenities:** The bedding was clean, there was always hot water, and the air conditioners were powerful. The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing.
- 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it.
- 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late.
📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. It's suitable for those looking for affordable accommodation by the sea without extravagant expectations. We were happy with our stay.

GGuest UserWe are writing to express our disappointment regarding our recent stay. During booking, we explicitly requested a quiet room; however, we were assigned a connecting room. Unfortunately, due to the thin separation, we could hear the neighboring guests talking and moving items late into the night, which resulted in a sleepless night for us. While we understand the hotel was fully booked when we raised this with the front desk, we are frustrated that no alternative solution or assistance could be provided at the time.

AAnonymous UserStay there for 3d2n. one of the best hotel i've stayed. my 3y son loves the pool and the beach. the beach is so beautiful and clean. breakfast needs to come early because school holiday, please consider include dinner during your booking because the place is very far from the town. overall i will repeat this hotel again

IilkashongThe location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient.
House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door.
Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by.
The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go.
The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

Ppadli saedWorth paying and stay. Very comfortable and best amenities. BilaBila Mart provide any needs too. But not as advertised there was no mineral water bottles provided when we checked in. The toiletbowl cover was lose and need to be repaired. The toilet also pooling because too slow water disperse. Need to be cleared before next guest checks in🙏🏻. We were happy stayed there but our complaints need to be addressed to ensure next guests satisfied too.

1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply)
The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional.
The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint)
The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet)
They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!)
As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead.
Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel
provided.Very inconsiderate!!!
The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!!
If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!!
I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

JJennlynzThe rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it....

CChristine YWSBeautiful resort with spacious room. Fantastic service and amenities. Set in lush greenery and against the beautiful limestone caves of Ulu Kinta. Breakfast is included and offers both local and international cuisine…small servings so you can order multiple dishes. We also had dinner in Jeff’s Cellar….fabulous food albeit a little pricey.

SSabrina.TanWe arrived earlier and rooms were not ready. Service is good, offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment type room which was perfect as we have a sofa area to chill and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and power outlet is available at table in room which is better than charging phone next to bed. The aircon units are great. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Hairdryer perfect. There is also a full length mirror just outside the bathroom so no one fighting for mirror use to prep going out. The kitchen and sofa area have power outlets too so we can charge nearby while we hang out. The dining area is large enough too.
My only set back is the lighting which can be a level brighter.
