Love all about this hotel..friendly staff, superb clean room,great location to theme park, etc..i have put remarks that we stay for my kids birthday, then hotel give towel cake decoration with balloon..first time receive special treatment like this without any charges..tq all staff lost world hotel tambun..definately will come back after shopping mall open💃🏻

The place is clean and overlooking the park. The space is just right for 8 of us. Easy check in. Thanks for allocating two parking spaces near the lift entrance. Will be great to have bathroom slippers. The bathroom floor is a little slippery for seniors like me. Please check the water heater, the hot water supply is not consistent.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the best things about it is its incredibly convenient location. The hotel is situated right next to a shopping mall, which made everything so much easier during my trip. Whether I needed food, shopping, or just a place to relax, everything was just a short walk away. The accessibility to nearby amenities really enhanced my overall experience. It saved me a lot of time and effort, especially after a long day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a great location.

First time staying at this hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised, they actually fulfilled my special request! 🥹 My partner and I had such a happy birthday staycation 🥳 The service was excellent, the room was clean and super comfortable and the location is great there’s a mall just right across the street, which made everything so convenient. The only small downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely give this stay a full score 💯 and would love to come back again!

Great place ! Good for relax . Receive warm welcome from the receptionist and the service staff . The staff picked us up from the carpark and help to check-in. Check-in process fast n smooth ,and serve with ice cream . The staff all are friendly . Room is clean and spacious with the amenities and gym,pool facilities. Like the quietness, spacious and friendly environment. They also provide us with a complimentary breakfast., simple local food. Overall stay is good but the area is still new,not develop yet hence the outside road abit bad, and try not to open the door which the flies will fly in

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

I booked this particular room for its direct pool access and the bathtub. Pros: The room was clean, the shower water pressure was strong, the bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well throughout our stay. Front desk staff was friendly. Cons: The actual room felt smaller than what was presented in the photos on the booking page. There is no on-site food service, and breakfast is not provided. When we enquired, hotel staff encouraged us to order food delivery instead. It would have greatly enhanced the experience if the hotel offered breakfast by the pool for guests. We chose this property expecting a true hideaway experience away from the city. However, having to source our own meals elsewhere was inconvenient and detracted from the overall stay. Considering the price paid, the experience did not feel worthwhile, and we regretted the decision.

A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.
