All the staffs we met were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made sure to greet us each time they see us around. The food was not bad and they had a variety of Malaysian food. The park night experience was also time well spent and it was well planned out. The timing of 6-11pm was just right to experience the entire night park including dinner in the park area. The fire show was amazing. We enjoyed our stay!

Spent 3 days and 2 nights at Sunway Lost World of Tambun and didn't want to leave! 🥹 We stayed at the Lost World Hotel this time, and it was incredibly thoughtful! ✔️ The room was clean and comfortable. ✔️ Super close to the theme park, within walking distance. ✔️ They even give you two free tickets every night! It's such a great deal. We spent our days enjoying the water park and evenings soaking in the hot springs and taking in the night views – total relaxation mode activated! ✨ I could absolutely repeat this kind of vacation rhythm. ♨️💙

Nice stay overall, loved the green city concept and well-maintained facilities. Service was good and the staff were very friendly, warm, and helpful. The distance and hot weather made it less convenient for older folks to walk to the hot spring and breakfast. Food options were limited for vegetarians. Overall still a pleasant stay for families.

We brought our kids here for a vacation, and it's super close to Lost World, within walking distance. The hotel service was also very thoughtful, and the front desk staff were patient. There's plenty of parking behind the hotel, even at night. This was definitely our kids' favorite spot during our Chinese New Year trip!

Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

I love this short one night stay with my daughter and the receptionist is very humble and friendly. I love this night safari especially the hot spring. If u ask me would I come back to stay? Definitely I will.
