Such an excellent hotel in a very convenient location for visiting the Grand Cru route. Loved the stay here. 10/10

I have stayed at the Chateau before and it is good value as well as being an interesting building with many artistic features, there is also an outside pool. Generally, it’s clean but the rooms are a little dusty. The staff are helpful but on my previous stay the restaurant was shut due to staff problems. It was a disappointment but gave it a second chance. However, having booking again, I was told on arrival that the restaurant was not open on Mondays or Tuesdays. Please don’t be fooled by websites as every one I found stated that it was open on these days, so it’s a must to take this into account if you’ve had a long drive and do not want to dine out, you may well want to think again. It does seem to be under staffed as it can be difficult to find anyone if you would like an evening drink. You would either have to drive fifteen or so minutes into Macon where there are plenty of restaurants or if you prefer a village, drive in the other direction for less than ten minutes and there is a small restaurant next to the station called ‘Aux Dix Vins’ which I recommend and it’s open on Mondays and Tuesdays. The menu and quality is good, with some nice wines to accompany the food and the owner cares about how it’s run.

Our Stopover Stay at Les Tilleuls Montbéliard Sud Audincourt =) Our stay at Les Tilleuls was simple, calm, and pleasantly straightforward. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try to impress loudly, but quietly gets a few important things right. What stood out first was the location. The hotel was very easy to access, whether arriving by car or navigating around the area. That alone made the stay feel stress-free from the start, especially after a long day of travel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, there was a sense of ease—nothing rushed, nothing cold. It felt like a place where guests are genuinely expected and calmly looked after. Another thing we really appreciated was how quiet the area was. Even at night, everything felt peaceful, which made it easy to rest properly. Waking up without noise or disruption added a lot to the overall comfort of the stay. All in all, Les Tilleuls Montbéliard Sud Audincourt offered exactly what we needed: easy access, a welcoming environment, and a quiet setting. Sometimes, that balance is more than enough.

The hotel's price/performance ratio should be one of the best in the city. Butler  is very familiar with the attractions and transportation arrangements. Make the itinerary smooth. The location of the hotel is convenient, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to shopping spots and restaurants in the city.  is an excellent choice for enjoying the style, wine and food of a small European town.

Extremely convenient transportation, large parking lot, spacious rooms, complete facilities, and cleanliness. Excellent front desk service. Good breakfast environment with a wide selection. Spacious lobby lounge area; I would choose this hotel again.

It was a great stay, with friendly staff and nice room. Also it was just located next to a ****** which has also a restaurant. Very convenient. The breakfast was nice. I would come back when I will be around. It was good value for money. Also they have a big parking lot just next to the hotel.

Right next to the train station, so transportation is super convenient. The kitchen fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and it didn't get turned off for about 1-2 hours. It's a budget-friendly option, and the facilities are decent.

It was incredibly hot and smelly as the 12 people room which went around two corners only had a small AC above the entrance and the windows couldn't be opened at all. I asked at night if it was possible for them to open them shortly, they claimed they had no key. Next day while check out I was told that they do have a key and they were sorry the person from the night before should have opened the windows.... Alsoy triple beds missed the ladder for the middle bed, so you had to take the one to the top and awkwardly get of on the middle bed. Very clean tho.

At the time of my booking through Trip.com, I prepaid for my room and for all of my breakfasts. Unfortunately they claimed that they did NOT received payment from Trip.com for any of my breakfasts even though I showed them my receipts that they in fact were prepaid but they chose to decline. As a result, I had to double pay for all of my breakfasts. I also found bugs on top of my bed and in the restroom, a disgusting health issue. And lastly I experienced an attitude problem from an older gray hair lady. No, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
