The hotel location is very good; I can even walk back to the hotel from Regent Street. However, this hotel has no air conditioning, which I was aware of before checking in. I thought the British weather would be acceptable with the window open, so it wasn't a problem. But the biggest issue is that when I opened the window, the pub downstairs was very noisy. Closing the window made it stuffy and hot. In the end, I called the staff, but they couldn't do anything about the pub located at the hotel. (P.S. I stayed on the second floor and had requested a quiet room in advance.)

We stayed here on the last night of our UK trip. It's only a 5-minute walk from Heathrow Terminal 4 and has a dedicated skybridge, meaning you don't have to go outside or cross any roads – incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for a transit stay. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The breakfast wasn't as varied as at other Holiday Inn locations I've visited, but there was still plenty to eat. The car park is huge with plenty of spaces, which is very convenient, but charges apply.

the room was a good size for one person. the ceiling was rather low, especially in the bathtub where one has to stand inside to take showers. even for me and i’m a small person (165cm/5’4). overall bathtub/shower arrangement was awkward. with only narrow glass partition, water would go everywhere. the water pressure was strong, so that’s a silver lining. appreciated how fluffy and comfy the bathrobe was. the linens felt crisp clean and most of other stuff in the room. but the teaspoons were dirty. the breakfast was okay. the staffs were nice. the location was good. there is a bus stop very close, hammersmith station is only 25 min on foot, a good shawarma place was nearby, and right next to it there’s sainsbury local. the neighborhood felt safe, which was one of the most important conditions i was looking for. final thought: mixed. most parts were okay, some not.

The location is not easy to get to and no signs was available. The room was clean but outdated deco. The bedside USB sockets does not work, we have to charge our phones at the desk. The handwashing liquid, shampoo and conditioner were fixed too high and inconvenient location. The shower water pressure was too low. The breakfast was the worse experience I ever had in a Hotel. Very limited types of food available and ran out so quickly as soon as many guests but little food. Only one staff on duty for topping up food and one staff to clean tables. There were not enough tables and seats available. It was complete and utter chaos. A guest accidentally spilled a cup of porridge into another customer but there were no napkins to clean it up. I never seen such chaos. I would not recommend this hotel and never go again.

2 stops from Stratford which is a major interchange. It's a better Interchange to the Elizabeth linel to the airport compared to others on the Central line. It's a basic hotel with just a clean bed. If that's your expectation, you are fine. No mini fridge, no bathroom amenities like toothbrush and shaver and no complimentary drinking water after the first check in. I asked and was told only 2 bottles regardless of length of stay. However, you can get hot water and tea in the reception area. Reception staff was great though.

The hotel is a 5 min walk to Angel Station on the Northern Line. We found it conveniently located, with a few groceries nearby included Mark's and Spencer's, Waitrose and Boots Pharmacy. Nearby are also several nice restaurants including Mangia Bene Italian restaurant, Fann Chinese restaurant and Masigo Korean restaurant. There is also a German bakery judt across the MRT station. We also enjoyed Buns From Home Bakery, and also Pho restaurant a short walk away. There is also a clinic nearby (London Doctor) at the Business Design Center across from Angel Station. For those looking for a place to worship, a Catholic church - Saint Peter and Paul Church - is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel on Amwell Street. The room is cleaned everyday although the sheets may not be changed everyday. Carpets are not super clean but acceptable. Bathroom amenities are not automatically filled up unless requested. The air-conditioning and TV worked well. As a non-smoking room, we also did not experience any smell of cigarette smoke. The window can be opened partially to let the fresh air in. All in all, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Top points for convenience to Angel Station and plentiful dining options nearby.

Excellent location, with Paddington Station directly downstairs, offering superb convenience for Heathrow Airport connections. The room was quite spacious for a London hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the quality was consistently good, as is typical of Hilton. Cleanliness: Very good. I thoroughly checked the bed linen and bathroom and found no issues with cleanliness. Service: The front desk agent was very pleasant and helpful. They assigned us a room that was ideal for our two families traveling with children. The only minor drawback was that while we saw luggage trolleys near the front desk, there was no bellhop or porter available to assist us, even though we were two mothers with two children and four large suitcases.

## Accommodation The hotel is quite large and very busy. The room size was decent, and it was cleaned daily. The sink in the bathroom is a bit on the small side, so water tends to splash out easily when washing your face. Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap were provided, but you'll need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers, which is common for many hotels in the UK. An electric kettle is available for boiling water. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary bottled water, sparkling water, crisps, and chocolate biscuits; you can take them with you when you go out, and they're replenished daily. Check-out is by 12 PM, and luggage storage is available. ## Breakfast The breakfast selection was quite varied, offering a full English breakfast. While the offerings were largely the same each day, there was enough variety to choose from. ## Transportation Transportation is exceptionally convenient. Metro and bus stations are just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get to the city center, Heathrow Airport, and other locations. Shopping and dining options are plentiful nearby, with M&S, H&M, TK Maxx, McDonald's, and more within easy reach. Hyde Park and Imperial College London are also not too far away. ## Overall Overall, it's a decent hotel. Being a global chain, you can generally count on consistent and reliable quality.

DD TKKWe have booked for 5 nights, but when we checked in very late on day one, we were given a sub par room which was much smaller than what we have booked, and it's also very old. We made the complain to the front desk, and they didn't have any room to change for us. They only promised to give us a better room for the next 4 nights. Since I have prepaid already, they should not give our room to someone else even if they are full. The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent.

GGuest UserI am satisfied with the location and the modern environment of the hotel itself (not the unreasonable tiny space of a standard double room - a pot 8sqm double room), but this is the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever had. My mother is an old lady who is almost 70 years old. She fell down at the hotel entrance on the day we checked in. We noticed that the ground at the hotel entrance was designed with a ramp to facilitate access for disabled people who need to use wheelchairs, but there was a small gap and height difference between the entrance and the ramp, which caused my mother to fall very badly. We booked the pot 8sqm double room for 4 nights in this hotel, the space was really incredibly small. The only thing I could thought of was to ask the hotel whether they could upgrade us to a slightly larger room to accommodate an injured elderly person, and the hotel catered our needs. The Front Office and Operations Manager Rax explained that due to the design of the hotel, the small rooms are on the floors above the ground, whilst the large rooms are in the basement of the hotel, so the only room we can move to is located in the basement of the hote, and we could only be able to move on the second day of our stayl. Although this statement is not very reasonable, the situation in the basement is acceptable. The second unpleasant and terrifying experience was that I was taking a shower in the bathroom in the room while my mother was having coffee in the hotel lobby at night, and there was no one else in the room except me. While I was showering, the lights in the bathroom suddenly went out completely, while the water was still running normally. This was definitely the most horrible hotel experience ever. I was so flustered, trying so hard to find the water faucet in the dark and turn it off. Once I opened the glass door of the shower room, the lights came back on. I hurriedly finished my shower and went to the hotel front desk, I saw Rax and reported this issue to him. From his reaction to me when he knew about this, I didn't feel that he had any empathy or sympathy for the terrible thing I had gone through. He explained that the hotel had a new motion sensor that would cause the lights in the room to turn off if there was no movement in the room. He even argued with me that it wasn't a big deal that the light went out during the shower. I suggested that he could explain this new feature of their hotel to guests when they check in, so that if guests encounter a similar situation, at least they will feel less panicked. He told me that even if he knew it in advance, he would not feel better. I was really amazed by the responses as a Front Office and Operations Manager. On the third day of our stay, when I was putting on makeup in the room and getting ready to go out, the alarm suddenly sounded. When we were trying to calm down from the unpleasant experiences we had encountered in just two days, suddenly these things that made us irritable and uneasy happened again, which really drive us crazy. I then met the Front Office Supervisor Asher at the lobby, he tried to understand our experiences patiently, and gave apologies on behalf of the hotel. He offered us free breakfast on the forth day morning which we did not ask for. Asher also talked to me sincerely, and that he would talk to the General Manager of the hotel about our case, and let the GM to have a talk with us too. I think this is the kind of attitude and crisis handling method a hotel employee should have. Finally I want to say that although my family and I have been a member of the Marriott group for many years, we will no longer stay in any of their hotels and any type of accommodation.

GGexing~tianxiaThe rooms are pristine and, despite the hotel being open for just a year, there was no unpleasant dampness or strange smell from the water. The service was also excellent. It appears the hotel uses a water softening system, as my hair felt incredibly smooth after washing. The complimentary bottled water is also a custom-branded mineral water, which adds a touch of sophistication. While not in the city centre, the hotel boasts excellent transport links. It's particularly well-served by buses; route 55 goes directly to Oxford Street, and route 205 takes you to King's Cross Station (convenient for trains to Cambridge and other cities). It's incredibly easy to get around from here – just remember to check the bus direction! When returning to the hotel, it's actually closer to alight at the bus stop after Old Street and walk from there. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. Perhaps because it's a newly opened hotel still in its introductory phase, securing an Executive Room in London for just over 2000 RMB is genuinely a great deal.
