The hotel staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. We arrived early, around noon, and they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. Seeing that we were elderly and didn't speak the local language, they thoughtfully printed out a hotel guide in Chinese and had a staff member escort us to our room (as the hotel is quite large). This made our check-in process so easy and we felt truly cared for. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and tidy. The location is also excellent, right by the lake, and transportation is convenient. We just took bus No. 1 from the airport, got off, and it was only about a hundred meters walk. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant had a particularly beautiful ambiance!

Amazing hotel. Good service and friendly staff members. Nice king bed and we had an extra sofa bed which is a bonus, it was set-up for free for us as my partner sleep snoring very loudly. The location is great and easy to find. The downgrade was the parking, there was no free parking as we had to pay $20 per 24hr. So we had to spent $60 just for parking, its ridiculous expensive. The hotel should've provide it free parking. But other than that the stayed was amazing. Had a great restaurant by the wharf and the food is amazing and bonus with an amazing views.

This is a brand new hotel, so there aren't many reviews online yet, but it's probably the most luxurious hotel in Queenstown. The room was very clean, and the wooden decor felt incredibly high-end. The minibar was replenished endlessly with delicious local juices and chocolates; I even asked the hotel for several more when I checked out. Highly recommended!

The service at this hotel was excellent; the staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was the best, most varied, and most delicious we'd had since Christchurch. It seems the hotel is undergoing renovations, as there was a distinct smell of paint in the hallway, though the room itself was fine. The front desk is located by the lake, but the navigation system hasn't been updated yet. We arrived around 6 PM after dark, and the navigation led us to the street behind the hotel's old building. The hotel lobby offers complimentary wine, chocolates, and cookies at different times throughout the day, which was lovely to enjoy after an afternoon walk. However, there's one facility that definitely needs upgrading: the shower water pressure was extremely weak, and the water temperature was very unstable—either lukewarm or suddenly scalding hot. Overall, showering was very uncomfortable. Aside from the shower, everything else about the hotel was very satisfying 👍

This was a very clean and comfortable hostel. Even though it's a dormitory, the beds offered a good sense of privacy, which made my stay very reassuring. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the center of Queenstown, perfect for sightseeing and dining out. The common areas and kitchen facilities were well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers. I would definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Queenstown!

It's still almost a 20-minute walk from the city center. It's a two-bedroom apartment, costing 2000 yuan per night. The living room and one of the bedrooms face the lake, which is quite nice. It was relatively clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, so I slept soundly. Right outside is the pick-up point for fjord tours. The staff were indifferent and provided almost no service. The heating suddenly stopped working at night. When I called, they said someone would come within half an hour to an hour, but no one showed up all night.

Nice place with central location of the Oamaru town, near Woolworth supermarket, some nice old-fashion places and beach. Nice to visit and grab photos. Hotel keeps original decoration you can feel warm with the fireplace and wooden furniture. But the room is clean with modern style.

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great city view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were also impressive, especially the indoor pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I booked this hotel well in advance, but for some reason, they didn't give me the room type I reserved. They told me they were fully booked, which felt like an overbooking situation. They changed my room to one facing the road with two separate beds. Plus, the room directly across from me was under renovation, and there was a noticeable smell, as shown in the picture. My child and I had to squeeze onto one small bed, which was a bit cramped. The room facing the road was really noisy. The air conditioning in this room wasn't good either; it was quite cold all night. Thankfully, Trip.com was very helpful and arranged for me to switch rooms tomorrow, back to my original reservation. The original room type, which was what I initially booked, was much better. The air conditioning was warmer, and the room was more spacious. The location is good, and parking is in an underground garage.

The hotel is located on a quiet slope, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. It includes a washing machine, dryer, and a small kitchen with full dinnerware in the living room. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. My only disappointment was that I booked a lake view room, but there was practically no view, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk from the town center's commercial street. Overall, it was a very good experience.
