The environment is very noisy, with people coming and going. Sometimes there are parties late at night and until one or two in the morning.

Stopped here on our way home from vacation. The front desk person was overwhelmed as she was trying to answer the phones and check people in. She was very nice but overworked. I was very surprised to find out that I had to put up a $100 deposit in addition to the room charge. Not a great way to start. The hotel has a second floor but no elevator. We had to lug all of our stuff including our pet up the stairs. The room was clean and the air was on which was nice. The clock/charging port by the bed did not work, the shower drain would not stay open, the exhaust fan did not work and the water was hard to turn off so it would not drip. Several patches to the wall were obvious and were not well done. The bed was comfortable and the internet worked well. I did notice some people who seemed to be making this place their residence. I saw a beat up charcoal grill near the pool area. Also all people staying in the rooms had to be identified and all visitors had to be registered before coming to your room. It seems like they have had some problems in the past which prompted this policy which I had never had happen before. There is a Cracker Barrel nearby to eat at. There are also several gas stations nearby. It is an alright place to crash for a night with a pet.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged. One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

Very pleased with Holiday Inn CVG in Erlanger. Wanted a quality stay near airport, with an excellent review record…that is what I found! Room on 4th deck was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Large bathroom, comfy king sized bed. Dinner at onsite restaurant was tasty and reasonable, breakfast burrito was excellent. Service by everyone was great. Well worth the stay as an InterContinental Ambassador!

This trip was last second. Everyone was very patient with me and helpful. Everyone was very willing to go the extra mile with me and made my stay amazing! 10/10 recommend and will be returning

From the moment of check in (very friendly gentleman at the front desk) until checkout the whole experience was pleasant. Breakfast was good and plentiful. About the only two negative comments I can make are: Breakfast should continue a little later , maybe 10 instead of 9. And would like to of had the pool open.

We stopped here driving through on our trip. By previous reviews, we might be taken a chance, but it was a good stay and manager Sonny was very friendly and accommodated our request pleasantly-thank you again! Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Clean. They have a few rooms that you enter from outside and inside, which was very nice.

We have stayed in TownePlace Suites in various locations a number of times in the past and always liked the sizeable suite-type rooms. Walking into our room in this TownePlace Suites we thought we may have accidentally walked into a MicroTel hotel. Our studio suite was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in during my life. The lesson to learn is that in stays at a TownePlace Suites, it is important to pay close attention to the type of room you're booking and not just assume that because it's a suite hotel or because you're booking a King room that it will be a reasonable size. Other than the room size, the hotel was ok--good location near many restaurants, a bike path, and only 10-15 minutes from downtown Lexington.

The Best Western Plus Georgetown provides clean rooms and friendly service all at a reasonable (though like other things, motel rates have jumped). Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were quite pleased and recommend this facility.

My daughter and I visited over spring break and had a great experience. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and everything was clean and in good working order, although the facilities could be maintained a bit better. Service at the hotel was excellent and my experience with two employees was truly exceptional: Leah was bubbly, welcoming, kind and helpful when checking us into the hotel and made sure that we were aware of the hotel amenities. Bonnie at the Bistro was great as well. She helped make sure that my daughter and I had a great breakfast even though we arrived as the kitchen was closing. She was very kind and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Next time I'm in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area I will be staying at the Airport Marriott!

The facilities of the hotel were excellent, but it was regrettable that there were restrictions on facilities due to coronavirus. There are many restaurants and fast food restaurants around, but there are no interesting entertainment options.

Had to ring bell twice then phone to get receptionist initially. Had to ask 2 additional times later for information. Nice hotel none the less. Coffee makers should be back in rooms. And should have ice on all floor including main floor.

I was going to chalk up my experience as an isolated incident and let it fade away. That was until I received a phone call last evening around midnight! A rep. from Trip calling me asking about for my input concerning my stay at this hotel. I relayed to her that I had called Trip.com a couple of months ago right after a friend and I rented a room. We rented a room around 5pm or so. I had expressed that the power in our room - the TV, Lamps, Microwave, Frig., did not work. We put a complaint into the front desk around 6pm. Issue was not resolved until later on, around 10pm approx. About an hour after that is bedtime so 95% of watching TV, microwaving, etc, was wiped out. When I put the call into Trip,.com a couple of months ago, I received no follow up, until last night. Last night the caller wanted feedback about my room. I went over everything that had occurred. She also wanted input on how they could improve. I said, it's very simple, just focus on basic customer etiquette and satisfaction. At no point has any type of recognition been expressed concerning my loss of enjoyment of here said hotel stay. Customer service/satisfaction is becoming non-existent .

Cozy, comfortable and delightful hotel! The rooms are spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable! Loved the kellly green/black and white decor! The restaurant had the BEST breakfast! I hope to stay here again if ever in the area. I was super excited to hear they are actually opening this same hotel in other cities.

Location is wonderful. First room I was given, rm 320 had huge rattling noise from ac in room. As I am here for almost 2 weeks I requested a change. Moved to room 302. Room clean. Bed is tired with sides of bed collapsing and very center of bed a wall or mountain. Requested in writing to front desk/housekeeping to change or rotate mattress. That has not occurred or it has and the solution did not fix the problem. Room has one chair, small table, king bed with bed tables on either side. Might be cramped for 2 unless one is always in the bed. Lighting is yellow energy saving. Enough outlets built into clock or dresser but one available wall outlet in room and then two in bathroom. Room spotless, service everyday. Hot water in shower. Breakfast adequate:eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels, toast, oatmeal (add water but again water lukewarm) milk, juice, packaged cake or muffin. Coffee and tea service just warm. I noticed refrigerated surface for cold things warms considerably later in the am. I agree the staff sit behind a large monitor in front room. It is disconcerting as they do not rise to greet you or invite you to sit down. They do not acknowledge you as you walk in. You cannot see them. The woman who checked me in was wonderful, but she sat behind the monitor quite low as I stood. She graciously changed my room when I called down to say I thought her ac was working very hard and rattling, and brought me the key. Depending on who is at the front desk the phone is answered if you have a question, such as laundry services. Cleaning staff very pleasant. One wants to love this place. The ac has been consistently mentioned in reviews as has staff tucked behind monitor. Beds need to be updated. Room is otherwise quiet-depending on the room, great location, breakfast food basic, go early. In evenings has bar with bar food which is pleasant. Le Deauville next door good for dinner. Lunch is more difficult to find in immediate area, there is a sandwich place and Doodles Breakfast and Lunch. If bed was comfortable it could be a great stay in room 302. If they really took past reviews to heart the Sire would be 5 star.

Best hotel customer service I've ever had. The hotel room was fine enough, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hot tub was broken..The customer service was one of a kind. This hotel, especially the morning driver went above and beyond in many ways. I wish these folks could be cloned and should be training others.

Not worth the aggravation or your money! Unless they do a clean sweep at the front desk and make sure they treat all guest as a priority I wouldn’t bother. Unprofessional and need race relations training. Only valuable employee is the night auditor which is a very nice Latina woman. She broker her neck to make sure I was taken care of. The others could care less about my comfort at that hotel. When I got of the elevator each morning they would turn their heads and not speak. I cut my stay and move to a luxury corporate lodging apartment.

Humiliating , horrible and disgusting experience I requested a 4pm check out for being Marriott bonvoy titanium and it was approved, I requested to sleep until 4pm. And nobody could disturb knocking my door. At 11.30 the first knocking ” housekeeping”, the second one around 1pm ” housekeeping” again and I said to this girl that I requested a 4pm check out. I was sleeping until 4.30pm receptionist called me asking if I want to extend, I said yes because I didn't sleep well due to constant disturbing when I requested do not disturb... she said that unfortunately they are sold out. I requested 10 minutes to jump Out of the bed and get my luggage ready. At 4.45pm somebody knocked my door really hard like trying to break the door. I opened and he said that he is the manager and they will charge me half a day extra, I said ” please let me explain, I'm a titanium member so I have 4pm check out compulsory” he said ” check out is at 12, we can do an exception at 2pm” no, titanium is COMPULSORY 4pm check out and he shout saying ” I manage this hotel, not you and u are not gonna tell me how to do it”... I asked him at least 5 times to let me explain why I was in the room at 4.45pm. He was Interrumpting me so I couldn't even speak... he said ”we don't need people like you here” I said ” I will complaint with Marriott” he said ” I don't care at all, complaint all u want but u are not coming back here”. Then one housekeeper told me he is the manager because the real manager is on vacations and his name is Suresh ( to recognize him, he sounds like indian) I said ” let me explain”. And gain interrupting me he did ” u shut up or I will charge u the whole day”. He was threading me, not even my mother treated me like this in my entire life. I called Marriott bonvoy customer service and the representative was speechless, she said that this is unacceptable and this denigrating behavior will be taken seriously. They refunded the night and they gave me 30.000 points. Shame on Schulte company ( it s not Marriott company, it s franchised) and I hope u guys reading this review don't stay in this disgusting place.

We have stayed here twice a year for the last several years. This Residence Inn continues to be very well run and gets better with each visit. Our two bedroom suite was in perfect condition. The kitchen had recently received a new supply of dishes, silverware and, I think, pots and pans. The stove and refrigerator were new as well. The only thing I think that could be improved is the comfort of the sofa and single chair. Both are a bit hard. But that is a corporate problem. We didn't have time for breakfast though I checked out the offerings. It all looked good. The front desk staff was friendly and waiting with our room keys as soon as we told them our name. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll be back again in January.
