Hotels With Bars in Fergana, Uzbekistan

SM Luxury Resort is truly remarkable: new, stylish, and impeccably clean. The staff is responsive and always ready to assist with any queries. The location is convenient, with a bazaar and park nearby. One day, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's sauna and swimming pool. Special kudos to the hotel for the top-quality bedding, towels, and bathrobes. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and we certainly didn't go hungry; the delicious coffee from the machine was a pleasant surprise. For an additional fee, you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. We rented a car in Fergana and took a day trip towards Shakhrikhan. We had a fantastic drive and even stopped at fruit plantations along the way! For me, it was pure delight to see pomegranates, persimmons, apricots, and nectarines growing in person. Perhaps it might seem like a minor detail to some, but for me, this trip through the orchards made the entire day! And in the evening, it was incredibly pleasant to return to the cool and comfortable SM Luxury Resort.

This stay experience really exceeded all my expectations, and I must seriously write a full score for this hotel! First of all, the location is super convenient. Whether it is a taxi or public transportation, the surrounding business districts and restaurants are complete. You don't have to worry about shopping and eating. The environment for walking at night is also very quiet and safe. The check-in service is a plus. The front desk staff is gentle and professional. The whole process is very fast. There is no extra cumbersome process. They take the initiative to inform the breakfast time, elevator location, WiFi password, and also intimately recommend local attractions and authentic snacks worth punching in. If you have any questions, ask the staff, you can answer them patiently and meticulously, and the service awareness is full. The internal environment of the guest room is really impeccable. There is no stuffy smell and smoke at all when you enter the door. The ventilation is particularly good. The overall clean and tidy is surprising. The floor, table top, window sill are spotless. The bathroom is very reasonable for dry and wet separation. The sink, toilet, The shower area was cleaned, there were no water stains, the quality of disposable toiletries was online, the towels and bath towels were soft and odorless, the hot water was stable, the water pressure was sufficient, and the bathing experience was great. The room hardware facilities are fully equipped, the bed is moderately soft and hard, the mattress supports very well, the pillows are divided into soft and hard two types to choose from, lying on it is particularly decompressed, lying down for a busy day can quickly fall asleep, the sound insulation effect is also worthy of praise, the corridor, outdoor noise is almost inaudible, The rest is completely undisturbed. The room air conditioning and cooling response is fast, the large screen TV, high-speed WiFi network speed is smooth, the office is not stuck, there are leisure tables and chairs by the window, it is very pleasant to sit and see the scenery in your leisure time, the lighting color is soft and not dazzling, and the atmosphere is full. The public areas of the hotel are also well maintained, the lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the sofa in the lounge area is soft and comfortable, and drinking water is available at any time. The buffet breakfast is rich and varied, with Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles, porridge, fruits, and drinks are all available. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is online. You will not get tired of changing the pattern every day. The dining area is clean and tidy, and the closing is timely. The cleaning aunt's service is also very intimate, cleaning the room every day is meticulous, and actively replenishing drinking water and toiletries, and the response speed of additional needs is super fast. The overall hotel safety management is in place, the elevator needs to swipe the room card to take the ride, the corridor has 24 hours security patrol, and the stay is full of security. From service, environment, facilities, catering to cost-effectiveness, there is no problem in all aspects. Whether it is a business trip, a couple trip or a family trip, it is very suitable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here. I really recommend it to all friends who are going to stay. Never disappointed!

A very nice hotel located in the center of Kokand. The service was very friendly, the room was large, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning, the refrigerator, and the tea and coffee making facilities were large. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of dishes. There was a nice, large swimming pool in the garden, but the water was cold in September.

I really liked the hotel garden, nice place, very clean

The hotel is a bit old, the room door has a traditional key, the breakfast is average, there are few choices, and there is no elevator. The attitude at the front desk is also average. I won’t decide next time
