"The receptionist didn't check who I was and didn't disclose the hotel room number when I told her that my partner has already checked in and I had paid for the hotel room. They don't provide a spare key when 2 adults are staying in 1 room. The amenities were decent however they need to have their signs laminated for DO NOT DISTURB or for HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE as I couldn't put the sign on the door knob because it's made out of cardboard. I could hear mobile notification noises from the room next door throughout the early morning which is annoying, there should be a sign about that. Other than that, the amenities were functional and easy to use, the bed was comfortable for me to sleep in after 20 hour flight and easy to get to. The check out reception were great."

"The hotel's service is acceptable, the location is good, the room is clean, the bed is moderately humid, and it is quite OK at this price."
GGuest UserWe arrived on a very hot day and the air-con was already on, which is a big plus. Although the room is rather basic, it is very clean and the bed comfortable. Location at Nuriootpa is central for visiting different places in Barossa.
GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the heart of Adelaide, South Australia's capital. While it's not a five-star, it's definitely a top-tier four-star. The location is excellent, with a McDonald's right across the street and major supermarkets like Coles nearby. It offers fantastic value for money, especially during holidays. There's also a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel.
GGuest UserAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.
KKongjiekkkWe extended our stay for another day and were very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. As seniors, we truly appreciate all the young men and women who assisted us. A big thank you to everyone, and we will definitely stay at Pullman Hotel again next time.

GGuest UserGreat apartment, even better staff
Really happy with our stay. The location is spot on — we walked everywhere and got to pretty much all the main attractions without needing a car.
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything you need — good kitchen, all the cutlery and amenities sorted. No complaints at all.
But honestly, the staff are what made it. I have to admit — I got confused about the deposit and thought they were going to hold $1,000. Completely my mistake. They were incredibly patient and polite when they explained it was actually just $1. I felt a bit silly, but they made me feel totally at ease. That kind of service is hard to find.
Sorry for the confusion, and a big thank you to the whole team. You guys are great!
JjudyfmmThe hotel is in a good location and the surrounding environment is also good, but the decoration and facilities of the hotel itself are extremely average. We have stayed in no less than 40 hotels in Australia in 10 years. This is the first time we have to wait for a quarter of an hour to return the deposit after checking the room. I think this practice should have been many years ago. For such a high room rate, the service is like this. Nothing to say. I will not stay there again.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful night. Location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I love the indoor pool and spa but need more time to stay specially when an event finish a bit late and need time to relax in there.
CClaireThe hotel is next to the Tanunda Pines Golf Course, essentially on the same ground within walking distance from the hotel reception. If I had known that prior to checking in I would have booked the course for a quick round - totally my own fault. Pity. But I did get to enjoy Novotel's tennis court and got a quick sweat session with my husband which was very nice before attending my friend's wedding nearby. The hotel is centrally located in Barossa Valley and the hotel has good facilities. Great choice for vacation in this region.
MM16050****The location is excellent, right in the city center. Everything is within easy reach. Parking is available nearby until 10 a.m. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for a family trip. The bedding is comfortable and soundproofed. I slept until noon on my first day. The hotel also has a historic cottage, which you need to contact the front desk to unlock. After the tour, you just need to close the door. The hotel also provides toothbrushes, so if you forget, you can ask the front desk for them. They also provide laundry detergent, which is rare in Australia; most hotels cost 3 Australian dollars. Occasionally, the official website offers a lower price than OTAs, and you can choose to order wine, late check-out, or early check-in. Consider the trade-offs.
