Staying at this hotel for a week, overall experience is great! Our room microwave encountered problem and the front desk staff sent a technician to fix it real quick, highly appreciated. However, the elevator capacity is limited which requires a longer waiting time for the guest, and sometimes people chose to use the stairs instead.

An excellent hotel that far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the kitchen had a full set of utensils, even dishcloths and detergent. Towels and other amenities were also very clean. The airport shuttle service was great too; on the day we left, the hotel's car was requisitioned by the government, and they even gave us free taxi vouchers.
