Overall, our stay was pleasant and acceptable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient — the reception team was excellent. Most staff members were outstanding throughout our stay. The restaurant experience varied depending on where we were seated. Food was generally good, though breakfast felt repetitive and could use more variety. A special mention to Mahmoud, whose service in the dining area was the best part of our meals. The rooms felt very outdated and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, insects were a recurring problem throughout the resort — present in multiple areas and hard to avoid. This ended up affecting our children’s health and took away from the enjoyment of our vacation. The animation team’s performance was noticeably weaker than last year — less engaging overall. In summary: a decent stay with real positives, but a few issues held back the experience from being great.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, surrounded by factories, a port, etc. It's fine for a 1-2 night stay, but not for an extended period. The clientele is mostly Egyptians, plus a lot of children. If you like to enjoy a quiet breakfast, lunch, or dinner, forget it: there's screaming, shouting, and running around, all in a confined space and without parental control. I just wanted to leave the dining area quickly, as I can't even bring myself to call it a restaurant. The food is decent, but it's hard for vegetarians to find a main dish, as the fish is the cheapest and absolutely tasteless. There were shrimp, but they were fried into a patty, which really wasn't appetizing. The lobby and pool are beautiful. Would I come back here? Unlikely.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgt ervoor dat je je meteen welkom voelt. Het eten is echt super lekker en maakt elke dag weer een feestje. En dan de locatie, zo dichtbij het strand – ideaal om elk moment van de dag te genieten. Echt een aanrader!

I recently stayed at Porto Sokhna. On a positive note, the service was good and the staff was helpful. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several issues: Location: The unit was quite far from the beach. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was below expectations and needs serious improvement. Noise: The central AC units were very loud and disturbing, especially at night. Furniture & Maintenance: The furniture condition was poor. The sofa bed was broken and wouldn't open properly, and the wardrobe was loose/falling apart. Overall, while the staff does a good job, the management needs to focus on room maintenance and hygiene before I could consider staying here again.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. My only reservation is regarding the food—it falls short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, leaving us feeling bloated and requiring digestion aids afterward.

The only hotel in the TEDA Industrial Park. Stayed for a month, breakfast and dinner were OK, the room was quiet and comfortable, there was a swimming pool and a shuttle bus to the beach. Resort hotel, many locals on weekends

The overall environment is good, most of the staff are also warm and friendly, especially Ahmed and the lady next to the front desk (the name is not known, but the room is a bit old, and it needs to be refurbished for a long time.

Very enjoyable, room was so clean and the room view was perfect! Shutter buses from and to the sea was good and the pool was very clean. Overall good experience and would definitely repeat it again.
