Place was good 15 mins walk to the hotel from VLC. Although some was dirt road. It still safe to walk.
Lot of restaurants in the area and couple supermarkets around.
The Hotel offers excellent services as well as its facilities. The buffet breakfast, you could make yourself a traditional toast, as well as a vegetarian type, for the children their cereals... And much more, the buffet staff were very nice and polite as well as all the staff from the room cleaning as well as the reception . Thank you very much for your service.
Amazing Hotel, excellent location in Ruzafa area with lots of restaurants.
The staff were very helpful especially in changing the room, kettle, and towels.
The breakfast and staff serving were excellent.
Nice egg white Spanish omelette and the fresh orange juice was awesome.
Very happy and would visit anytime again.
The fallas festival was super lively especially the street bbq, lighting , food and drinks caravans and the decorations were super.
Alot of effort put in.
Fireworks were amazing at 2.00pm every day.
The crowd was lively.
The hotel itself is very nice. It looks beautiful and is very clean. My problem with the hotel, and this is no reflection on the staff, is that the pool, bar, and restaurant were all closed. The weather was beautiful and the main reason we picked this hotel was based on the pool on the rooftop. That was incredibly disappointing, so if you plan on staying here any time other than the middle of summer, don’t expect to use any of the amenities.
If you are traveling by car and spend one night in Valencia, it is recommended to stay here if you just want to rest for one night. Otherwise, it is not recommended for the following reasons:
Location: There are gas stations, Carrefour, fast food restaurants, and outlets next to the hotel. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the beach. The hotel parking lot is large, free and sufficient, and the location is very convenient.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, and the bathroom is not equipped with shampoo, etc., which needs to be prepared by yourself, but fortunately the shower equipment is relatively advanced and the water is also very large.
Hygiene: The quilt has no quilt cover, and there are some blood stains that have not been cleaned up. The sheets are clean but the cotton in the quilt core has become a bunch of lumps.
Noise; there were students on a study tour on the day we checked in, and the lobby was very noisy (it was okay at night)
Because I am not very sensitive to noise, I can't comment.
Service: The attitude of the hotel front desk is quite friendly. The room is arranged on the first floor (the lobby floor 0), and the high-rise building will be better
My experience was very bad since I made the reservation thinking I was going to the hotel like everyone seeks to rest and relax. And it was quite the opposite because the trip app at no time notified me that they were under construction and my surprise was when I got there and saw that they were under construction and not being able to rest since they were with the motorbike and chopping making noise in the morning and afternoon and at 08:00 in the morning they were hooked again to bite. It was a horrible stay. No matter how much I complained to Trip, nothing changed. I have another reservation that I made before spending this with them and it will be the last reservation I make with them.
The main thing is that it is close to the airport. Go right from the airport, go up to a pedestrian-only viaduct, and walk to the opposite side to arrive. It takes about ten minutes. There is a Lidle supermarket and a subway station near the hotel.
The attitude of the hotel front desk is OK. But there may be insufficient staff, so there is no room service. The room is quite big, but you have to get the quilt from the front desk yourself, and there are no slippers. There is no coffee machine, kettle, disposable sanitary products, cups, in short, nothing. We only stayed for one and a half nights and got up in the middle of the night to catch the plane. This is really convenient.
The hotel room is large, the facilities are OK, and the breakfast is not bad.

FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time.
Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor.
Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it.
Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language.
Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.
DDejan SkaljacThe location is great - easy to get to the airport , to the centre and the port. Whichever way you are getting into Alicante it would be convenient. The check-in is easy and smooth, late checkout is good value at €10. The things I would improve is allowing single item purchases at breakfast time ( as it is they only let you have the breakfast buffet for €10 or nothing, but you can't have a croissant or a muffin on its own with your coffee. 🥴 . Also , on the facilities front I do miss a power outlet in the bathroom - it's a commonplace thing in continental Europe but never to be seen in U.K. and Ireland. For some strange reason it's missing here.
AAnonymous UserAn unusual hotel only a few minutes walk from the Airport terminal. Its new, clean big rooms but oddly furnished in a cheap but flashy Chinese style. Huge new television in the room but poor tiling and cabinet fittings in the room and bathroom and a lack of toliet roll holders. The hot water was non-functional and shower plumbing odd. Perhaps these are teething problems.
AAnonymous UserThe hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
VVinci7788The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well.
Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity
CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
AAnonymous UserThe transportation is convenient, clean and hygienic, and it is a very good choice for sightseeing. Shopping around is also very convenient, cost-effective, left a good impression, it is recommended.
