Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

Great location , perfect for attending event at NICE. Surrounding by food places with many options. The only cons is the bathroom is tiny.

This hotel is located right inside the airport, which is incredibly convenient! It's also super easy to catch the SkyTrain to other terminals. We took it to the train station, then transferred to the Airport Express to get downtown. After exploring, we came back to sleep – so convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of options, and it starts at 2 AM, which is perfect for transit passengers. No need to worry about finding food downstairs either; being an airport, there are 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants. Currency exchange and everything else you might need are all readily available, very well-equipped. The room's cleanliness was excellent. We were two adults and one child. We paid an extra 500,000 IDR for an extra bed, and that fee included an additional breakfast, extra amenities, etc., which was really great value. Even though it was Ramadan and there were many pilgrimage groups, there were no morning prayer 'morning calls', which was fantastic – very quiet! Highly recommend! When visiting Jakarta, you should either stay in the CBD or at this place. Staying in the old city would probably just be a hassle. 😂

I had such a pleasant stay at Model J Hotel Jakarta. The hospitality from the staff was truly wonderful. Everyone at the front office and the housekeeping team greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’m really happy to have found this hotel. If I return to Jakarta in the future, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality. great choice in case you need to stay close to the airport! Great price, neat rooms. Everything in our room was functional, it was clean quiet. They serve breakfast from 2:30 till 10 AM which is great if you have an early flight. And breakfast btw is diverse and nutritious, good for those seeking additional protein.

I spent two nights. With my baby , I forgot my charger there and when I called they said that they didn't see it. The bathroom door wasn't that clean. Apart from that all good

I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age. Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.

The highlight was the service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and the interior. Very attentive and the controllables are spot on. Soundproofing can be better with hallway noises can be heard early morning and late nights. Similarly, inventory control can be improved too. Checked in around 4pm and was advised that room wasn’t ready. Understood that it’s a fully booked weekend and the system could’ve been improved. However, the hospitality and service more than make it up for the non controllables.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.
