When checking in, you might want to request a room further inside."

katherinehuThis hotel is run by Chinese owners and is located not far away—about a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. There is a free airport shuttle service, and Chinese signs can be found everywhere. The room size is adequate, and toiletries and slippers are provided.
Areas for improvement:
1) We were asked to download an app upon check-in, which felt inconvenient and we declined.
2) The rooms lack soundproofing; we could hear noises from the adjacent room in the middle of the night, making it very noisy.
3) The variety and quality of the breakfast leave much to be desired.

Excellent value for money with great facilities and service
I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout.
The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay.
Other highlights included:

✅ Well-equipped gym with quality equipment
✅ Good massage and wellness facilities

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Guest UserThe cleanliness was perfect, and the service from the reception to security was incredibly friendly.
The food was standard, nothing spectacular.
However, the facilities are a bit outdated. The room design is too rigid and old-fashioned. It could really use some updates, perhaps with stickers or other decorative touches to make it more appealing.
The TV isn't a smart TV, which is quite behind the times. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect more updated facilities. Also, only two bottles of water were provided. I suggest having a water refill station (like a dispenser) in the hallway. Water is cheap, but providing easy access to more water would make a huge positive impact on guests and show a great deal of care.

The location is all right,
Customer service really really good,
But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..

The facilities are new and very clean.
I could even watch NHK World.
It's directly connected to the adjacent mall, so finding food was never an issue.
The gym is also clean and easy to use.
Compared to hotels in central Jakarta, which often have older facilities and higher prices, this place offers a much more stress-free stay.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the hotel is an older property, the condition of the room was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is also very strategic, directly opposite a shopping mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for guests. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. However, it would be even better if the hotel could change or rotate the menu daily, as most of the dishes were quite similar each day. Overall, this hotel is definitely value for money. I was very satisfied with my 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again if I visit Cikarang in the future.
