Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel. You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance.
Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area.
The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast.
Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.
This hotel is very nice and very clean hotel but My experience with this hotel quite literally was scary because at night time got a few things happen. So scary and hunted for me and my family when the door is bell without any person around.
Something is moving around the room and noises coming from the window, we’re all just trying to ignore this situation but for you guys information I stay at 611 and 612.
Thankyou
This hotel is located right inside the airport, which is incredibly convenient! It's also super easy to catch the SkyTrain to other terminals. We took it to the train station, then transferred to the Airport Express to get downtown. After exploring, we came back to sleep – so convenient.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of options, and it starts at 2 AM, which is perfect for transit passengers. No need to worry about finding food downstairs either; being an airport, there are 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants. Currency exchange and everything else you might need are all readily available, very well-equipped.
The room's cleanliness was excellent. We were two adults and one child. We paid an extra 500,000 IDR for an extra bed, and that fee included an additional breakfast, extra amenities, etc., which was really great value.
Even though it was Ramadan and there were many pilgrimage groups, there were no morning prayer 'morning calls', which was fantastic – very quiet!
Highly recommend! When visiting Jakarta, you should either stay in the CBD or at this place. Staying in the old city would probably just be a hassle. 😂
I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. The restaurant is right outside a large plaza, offering many convenient dining options, and the environment is quite good. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. For breakfast, I personally feel it's more geared towards locals; I usually go for rice noodles, toast, vegetables, and some fried items. It gets extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays.
The room's hygiene was terrible. There were even traces of feces from the previous guest on the bedding, which I only discovered in the morning. It disgusted me for a long time. When I reported it to the front desk, all I got was an apology! Whatever, I'm definitely not staying here again.
An excellent option for transit with maximum comfort and a wonderful spa center
FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport turned out to be a real lifesaver before our night flight. The hotel is very close to Soekarno–Hatta Airport, making it ideal for a short stay — especially if you value comfort, good facilities, and a calm atmosphere.
What we especially liked:
* Proximity to the airport — the shuttle is punctual, and the ride takes very little time.
* Spacious, modern rooms — clean, tidy, and genuinely relaxing after a long journey.
* Excellent spa complex — one of the main reasons to choose FM7. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, treatments, and massages are all high quality. Perfect for recharging before your next flight.
* Friendly staff — welcoming and helpful, they make your stay truly pleasant.
* Variety of dining options and 24/7 service — you can get food anytime, and the selection is impressive.
Overall: FM7 Resort Hotel offers comfort, tranquility, and thoughtful service. A perfect choice for transit — especially if you want not just a place to sleep near the airport, but a place to truly relax.
Overall, a decent stay for a quick airport transition. However, I was disappointed to find no shuttle service available when arriving at CGK around midnight. On the plus side, the check-in process was seamless even at that late hour; the front desk was staffed and had our key cards ready immediately. Good for a basic stay, but better transport coordination is needed.
Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta, enjoyed comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location near airport, tasty breakfast, and excellent service. Perfect for travelers seeking relaxation and convenience.
There's a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk across the street from the hotel, with restaurants and shops. An Indomaret convenience store is located opposite the mall. Breakfast was average, and the room had a safe.
First, the downsides: I expected the garden-view room to have a strong musty smell, but surprisingly, the lake-view room had it too. I highly recommend the hotel address this musty odor; it really detracts from the stay.
Secondly, the airport shuttle only runs on the hour, not on the half-hour. Given its proximity to the airport, I suggest increasing the shuttle frequency, at least by adding half-hourly services.
On the positive side: it's close to the airport.

DDMBDMBLovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too.
I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.
AAishah IshakStaffs are super friendly and nice! The customer service/receptionist will WhatsApp you to check if everything is okay. You can just call and ask them for anything within their means. Breakfast buffet was good too, a lil downside is the location of the hotel. If you’re coming from City of Jakarta, it will be quite jam if you move out at the wrong timing. But I’ll totally come back coz the hotel is located beside a mall & the big Sea Aquarium! Love it!
KKenneth kylbriStaying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.
LLoumir2024This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays.
The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops.
The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave.
Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

FfnabilaThis is no doubt the best hotel for anyone for anyone who’s planning to attend any event in ICE or the surrounding areas. However, if you have no such urgency or a casual traveller, I wouldn’t recommend you to stay here. The location is a bit far from everything, the amenities are rather lacking and the cleanliness is a bit questionable - I peeked in between the toilet sink and it was very dirty 😢 The variety of foods for breakfast was not THAT much, and when there’s an event the hotel got super busy, the breakfast spot was really crowded and I’m afraid the staffs are nor prepared for such influx of people.
Mmago****Convenient for a layover, being close to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again. It would be perfect if there was a shuttle service available for transfers late at night.
The hygiene was good, and the service attitude was also quite nice.
KKongLSHad a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a >200m walk from the reception.
GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement
