The room is clean, just the tv remote is broken, the ac comes out of water so it floods until the bathroom door and the underwater entrance of the sink

New and very comfortable hotel in Pangkalan Bun. About 20min away from the airport. The breakfast is superb, just great... western and indonesian options, very fresh and delicious!
The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

it is clean and in the middle of the city,but the rules and attitude of cs please be improved,,,a little bit late at 12 o'clock has been called and said it will be fine,,,,,uwow,,,the delivery is not so painful 😅😅

KkingLNThe hotel's breakfast is good, Indonesian local characteristics. The staff is also nice. There is also a small pool, but there is no time to try. Be sure to try next time. The WIFI signal in the room is a bit unsatisfactory.
