The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

The service, the food and the facilities were all top notch proper luxury. The staff was a little overwhelmed because the hotel was entirely booked on account of vacations, but the restaurant as well as the Food Court. The swimming pool was kept with proper cleanliness and completely five star. I would love to visit the place again.

The service is quite good and the environment is very good.

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

Elegant environment, good location, family travel, travel, business preferred hotel. The breakfast is rich, suitable for both young and old, and my two treasures are very much liked. Come back next time.
