The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

The location is decent; being in the city center makes it very convenient for getting anywhere. However, the facilities are a bit dated. We were given a corner room which felt quite cramped, with two single beds arranged in an L-shape. The room also felt a bit damp and dark.

Since we had to leave early that day, we didn't book breakfast and made two separate reservations. However, they still gave us the same room, so we didn't have to switch, which we really appreciate – thanks to the front desk staff for arranging that, it saved us the hassle of repacking. I love this hotel's location and its modern facilities, especially having a kettle and slippers. I'd definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Krakow.

The sanitation quarter is because there is a little taste in the toilet. There is no other problem. My friend and I are just right for a room alone. The room size is too small for two people. It is close to a traffic road. I will hear the sound of the car passing at night. The first floor coffee machine and tea bag are always used. There is a good bar nearby. Go to Wengcheng for 15 minutes. The price is also good .

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

When we arrived the water thing was broken in the bathroom and we had to call for mechanic to fix it. Additionally the window did not fully close , kinda bad when outside it is -10 c. BUT : GREAT STAFF!! Super helpful, very kind. Location close to central station and center (10min walking). I would stay again for that.

If it's cold and it's not winter.. Change hotel!!! New and clean structure, however, I can only give two stars because I HAVE NOT ACESSIVE that there is snow outside and there is no heating in the rooms because “We are in April”. If I had wanted to sleep with a wool hat and a hot shirt I would have chosen a camping, not a hotel. I was given a little stuff that was served little and nothing... the only thought of doing a shower in a refrigerator was making me ill. The one that was supposed to be a perfect holiday thanks to them was a stress.

A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is located off the beaten track but is a great base for nearby attractions: Oświęcim, Energylandia, Wadowice and Kęty. Great staff and very good amenities on site: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurant, cozy large rooms and a tasty breakfast for dessert.

The hotel is decent for its price. However, it's quite a distance from Krakow's Old Town. The breakfast is excellent, considering the price. Overall, we're satisfied, but it would be good if they could fix the issue with the room doors. They close abruptly and make a lot of noise, constantly interrupting our rest. Additionally, a smart TV would be preferable. Finally, we requested a wake-up call service for two days, and it wasn't provided either time. As a result, we missed a pre-paid excursion one day. Interestingly, they did call us for check-out later. It would be beneficial if these points were taken into consideration to improve the quality of service.
