The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

The location is fantastic. The room was a bit small, likely due to being right by the train station, but it's perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was particularly convenient for our trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, as we could leave our luggage at the hotel and collect it on our way back. The front desk staff were incredibly nice!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from the train station and the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Having opened less than a year ago, its facilities are modern and top-notch. I particularly appreciated the modern water heater and coffee machine in the room, along with the bathrobes and slippers. The luxurious and comfortable bedding made for a truly enjoyable stay. The bathroom was spacious and bright, and a hairdryer was provided, though I found the shower pressure a bit weak. Breakfast was abundant and high-quality, featuring Polish specialties and sophisticated beverages, especially the fresh juices. There was even a dedicated station for made-to-order hot items like omelets. Most importantly, the hotel staff were professional and welcoming, making me feel right at home. All in all, this is an excellent value-for-money 4-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Krakow and highly recommend it to others.

The sanitation quarter is because there is a little taste in the toilet. There is no other problem. My friend and I are just right for a room alone. The room size is too small for two people. It is close to a traffic road. I will hear the sound of the car passing at night. The first floor coffee machine and tea bag are always used. There is a good bar nearby. Go to Wengcheng for 15 minutes. The price is also good .

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old Town, Carrefour Express, and tram stops. There are a total of three power outlets available. The shower has good water pressure. Luggage storage is also available free of charge, which was especially helpful for a solo traveler like me who arrived in Krakow at 9 a.m. while check-in wasn’t until 2 p.m. The only drawback is that you might hear people talking and vehicles passing by especially at night since the hotel is located just beside the main street.

It seems to be a hotel that renovated an old but charming building. The courtyard was filled with indoor plants, and the staff were very friendly. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the door was closed, but when I rang the intercom, they came out to open the door. Coffee, water, and carbonated water are provided free of charge in the room. The shampoo and body soap in the bathroom are the same, and there is no treatment. It was a little disappointing that there was a lot of dust on the floor, but even with that negative point in mind, it was a very satisfying hotel.

We booked based on the good reviews, but I don't entirely agree with the reviews. The location is good, you are not directly in the city but after a few minutes on foot you can reach the old town. The room was quite small but furnished okay. I expected a little more based on the pictures. Unfortunately, we found hair from our bed upon arrival. There was black mold in the shower and the shower head was constantly dripping. I noticed it but apart from an apology from the lady at reception I didn't hear anything else. I found it very unfortunate.

A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is located off the beaten track but is a great base for nearby attractions: Oświęcim, Energylandia, Wadowice and Kęty. Great staff and very good amenities on site: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurant, cozy large rooms and a tasty breakfast for dessert.

I've booked here several times, and it's been pretty good in all aspects. The only downsides is the hotel breakfast, which is just average, and the location is a bit far from the city center, though it's about a 20-minute tram ride away.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Perfectly placed for exploring the old town. The hotel was very clean, warm and inviting and it's clear that staff work hard to keep the hotel looking at its best. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
