Everything was perfect, from the smiling front desk staff to the restaurant team. A big thank you to the hotel manager for such impeccable service. The location is ideal, close to the metro with plenty of shops nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast is excellent, with a huge variety of sweet and savory options. Thank you for everything; I will definitely return to this hotel without hesitation.

Everything was more than great ! From the fabulous welcome by Anais , to all other staff members) they really made their best. The suite was spacious and luxurious, the owner of the property clearly has good taste transforming this old property into a luxury boutique hotel ) The spa treatments were very good, The Italian restaurant simple but on point) I would give it a 9/10 , the check - in could have gone smoother , room service could be more attentive to client demands (when asking to remove an ingredient by example) I will definitely come back and try the best category of the hotel (master suite) Top

A good 4* hotel in the middle of city on the main Santa Catarina road which is the main walking street of the city. Cafe Majestic is only a five minute walk from this hotel. Good start for families, couples and solo alike.

Nice and convenient small hotel. Quite simple but confortable room and very good bed and pillows; good internet and very good shower and separate WC and washing basin. 10 minutes walk to the airport . Highly recommended. Thank you

Good location.  Good spread of food for breakfast.  Reception staff are courteous.  Room is dated. Air-con cannot be adjusted to warm.  Bathroom exhaust not working resulting in the dampness through. Showering in bathtub resulted in water splashing on floor as the shower partition is not effective. The hairdryer needs to be replaced as the auto shutoff comes on too quickly.  The inner bottom of bathroom door has rotted.  Time to renovate and refresh the room and bathroom if you wish to command a “Premium Hotel” status.

Business hotel that lack the human touch. Recep was cold and not smiling, which was a pity for such a nice hotel. Phone auto buttons not working and aircon not working too. Had to walk to recep and ask for help. Breakfast was good though

I would not recommend this hotel, as the basic amenities like providing water, coffee or just a water heater in the room were missing and they have very limited options for breakfast, it’s not worth paying €12.50 for just omelette and bread, and something they call cappuccino but there is no milk in it(they should have checked if their coffee machine is working fine). Not worth it, very disappointed.

Utopian was great. We had a little snack bar and some sparkling water in our room, so the refreshments were a welcoming start to our long travel. Also the guy working there was very kind and was able to help us do an early check-in which we were so grateful for. The location of this place was pretty close to the centre of town so we were able to comfortably walk everywhere. There's also a great cafe around the corner called A Padoca with the best baked goods and food ever. I loved the neighborhood and I'll look to stay here again when I visit Porto!!

Porto's attractions are concentrated and mostly within walking distance from the city center. The hotel is located on a small street, with restaurants and supermarkets all within a ten-minute walk. The room was quite small; opening two large suitcases made it feel like there was no space to stand. However, it was clean and tidy.
