A morden design hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, bed and pillow are very comfortable.

Great place, lovely hotel, very comfortable. The bar has amazing views too, worth a visit. In a great location near the Gaia’s riverside.

Although the hotel is not located in the heart of the city centre, but it is not far either on foot or taxi, with good value for money. The room is spacious and very clean with welcoming and leaving notes, adding the warmth to the stay. The staff are friendly and helpful with first-timer's questions. The roof-top bar is rather small and strangely located, as I have to come down to the reception and go back up the other lift. All in all, it has been and amazing stay in the lovely town.

Great location and wonderful service by the hotel team. However, the rooms on the 1st floor (we had 2) weren’t great - the showers needed about 10minutes at full blast to get hot water and even then it was only lukewarm. One of the shower screens was leaking and it flooded the bathroom floor. The 2nd stay was better - we got rooms on the 3rd floor. Decent showers with immediate hot water. If the maintenance was managed better, this was be a super hotel as the location is fantastic. And the reception team is excellent

The hotel location, price, service, condition, etc. were all satisfactory. It seems like a place that not many Koreans come to~ There are two elevators There is no microwave or coffee pot in the room, but if you go to the restaurant on the first floor, you can heat up rice and get hot water for cup ramen Above all, the hotel is located in a place where you can easily access all of Porto. There is a cafe in front of the hotel, a place where you can busk and have a light beer, and even a brunch shop in the gift shop~~ It is also good value for money~^^ You can walk from Sao Bento Station There is also a self-service laundromat nearby, so I did some laundry in between. absolutely gorgeous hotel with superb location and service. Also recommend to add up breakfast buffet. I'd really enjoyed entire my stay and will recommend to my friends definitely.

It was a somewhat unsatisfactory stay. At night, a strong sewer smell came up from the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. There were also several small maintenance issues throughout the room. For example, the wardrobe hinge was detached, the toilet paper holder wasn’t properly fixed and kept hanging down, the soap holder in the shower wasn’t secure so anything placed on it would fall, and the towel rack was loose, causing the towels to slip off constantly. The hair dryer was broken, so I requested a repair in the morning, but it still wasn’t fixed by the evening. They said it would be repaired the next day, but I declined and asked for a replacement instead. However, the replacement hair dryer was the type that should be mounted on a wall bracket, and because the bracket wasn’t fixed in place, I had to lift the entire unit, including the mount, while drying my hair. This was very inconvenient.

Ideal location, in the very center. The hotel is beautiful, modern. The breakfast is excellent, in a beautiful restaurant, everything is delicious, there is everything you need, lots of pastries and they pour sparkling wine. The rooms are also beautiful, stylish, the renovation is a bit untidy, if you look closely at the details, but overall it is excellent. We booked the ”Gallery” room, it was not cozy. The air conditioning did not work in it and we were changed to the ”Tribune” room. This room was very cozy, beautiful and spacious, for which many thanks! They also gave us a coupon for 2 free glasses of wine in the bar. The only negative: the price for the most basic room, it seems to me, is not justified. If you take it, then start with the superior rooms. And also the glass sliding door to the toilet, very inconvenient, rattles loudly when closing

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the ancient city. Of course, it takes some energy to walk back because it is uphill. The room is relatively large, with a reasonable layout, separate bathroom, novel decoration and elegant style. The breakfast is very thoughtful and delicious. I hope I can stay here again next time.
