Facilities: Very new and very nice. I have stayed in various good hotels, and this one is one of the best. Especially the terrace where you can see the bridge directly, the view is amazing

The room was large and very comfortable.
The hotel is located in the city, but it's still a long way to walk to the main attractions and the river. I don't mind walking so it's ok. If you don’t want to go too far, you need to think carefully

Beautiful hotel, with spectacular service. Dining room staff were very well trained, and very friendly. Our only issue was with temperature regulation of shower, which they were working to fix. Memorable stay.

It was a wonderful stay! Best in Portugal, fell in love with Porto, and I loved this hotel, it’s nice, clean, elegant, and people are ALWAYS nice, so friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the GA Palace. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered, and requests were addressed immediately. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea offerings. The pool and spa amenities (sauna and steam room) were also spotless and nice to take advantage of during our stay! The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot - and you can easily call a taxi or Uber if you prefer. We stayed in a bridge view room with balcony and it was lovely. Will highly recommend to family/friends for future visits.

We learned that the hotel opened just past August. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff all around. Great breakfast too. Room is spacious and comfortable. We loved it!!
