L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait, avec une belle vue sur la végétation et les rizières. Le service est très bon, et Hang (si je ne me trompe pas), la réceptionne a été formidable.

Je déplore malheureusement quelques soucis de conception :
J'étais hébergée dans le dortoir. Celui-ci se trouve juste au dessus du restaurant, donc très bruyant du matin 7h00 au soir 23h00 environ. Les lavabos de la salle de bain donnent sur la terrasse donc n'importe quel client, en levant la tête, peut nous voir en train de nous laver les dents, sans compter que les toilettes publiques des clients sont les mêmes que celles du dortoir, avec douche jusqu'à côté. J'ai beau être simple, j'ai trouvé ça un peu gênant.
Enfin, il y avait des travaux bruyants, ce qui gâche encore l'ambiance. C'est donc un endroit idéal comme point de départ de rando, mais pas pour profiter d'une atmosphère paisible, car ce n'est pas paisible !

I went to the FLC resort on the beach called Samseon, recommended by my wife.
As someone who was new to the ocean view in a private pool, it was the best.
But it wasn't a good thing that there wasn't anything to enjoy nearby.
It's great for relaxing without going outside and playing in the private swimming pool and the ocean in front.

J’ai été très bien accueillie au Pu Luong Jungle Lodge. Le personnel est très aimable et gentil. Ils s’assurent que nous passons un bon séjour. Ils fournissent également toutes les infos pour savoir quoi faire dans le coin ce qui est vraiment bien. L’hôtel est magnifique, entourés de rizières. La piscine est tres belle. J’ai pu check in en avance ainsi que rendre la chambre un peu plus tard pour l’avoir jusque l’heure de mon départ. Cela était très gentil de la part du personnel.

FLC Group's resort hotels have good facilities
As far as you can see, you can see the group's private beach, which has beautiful scenery and a large pool for use.
But on the day of check-in, there was no hot water in the bathroom at first. I asked the counter and someone came to deal with it. They explained that there were very few tourists in this season. Because the pipeline was very long, the water needed to be continuously drained to get hot water. The water was drained continuously for more than 30 minutes. The hot water is really coming. Still a little outrageous.

I remember the care shown by the owners of the residence, homeliness, attention to detail, beautiful views from my window to the rice hills, delicious local cuisine, which I had not tried before. The residence has everything what I need to enjoy outdoor recreation with comfort. My time was very high quality and I will definitely come back here.

VVuongThe room is okay, but the soundproofing is extremely poor, guests walking in the hallway are extremely noisy, and many guests are very unaware. The hotel should add a rule board to keep order in the hallway, especially late at night.
