The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, offering a complimentary late check-out and even upgrading my room to one with a stunning view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Dubai Mall, and they provide a convenient shuttle service to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail—highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

I was upgraded due to the ongoing construction next to the hotel. 1) As for hotels in Dubai, the room itself is of a fairly standard level. 2)The front desk staff and the cleaning lady were friendly and helpful. However, the phone receptionist, as well as the reception and security personnel at the 75th-floor infinity pool, were unprofessional and did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. 3) i felt very disappointed with the hair dryers (as shown in the photos). 4) Housekeeping services - waiting time:15-20mins basic. 5) The infinity pool is quite small, and I would suggest reconsidering the layout of the seating area. 6) Breakfast, it was a basic buffet with limited options and nothing particularly noteworthy.

It is just off the marina front, but not far. My room had a view through the middle of the hollow ”Address Hotel” building to the big wheel, which was perhaps very lucky. I'm not sure how many rooms get this. To get the best views of the marina I think you need floors 15/16. I could see some of it from 11. The whole hotel felt a little ”budget” to be honest, for the price, but perhaps that is just Dubai? I would have appreciated little things like hair conditioner and better towels. All in all, it is fine, but there is no wow factor. I would possibly stay again for the location, but more likely try another at a similar price point or a bit above. Room service was not great, for example, needing to ask for an iron three times (over the course of two days) before one was delivered. I also had an irritating call at 12:45 for some reason to see if I was checking out (which is at 14:00). And to be fair, that is a positive; it is a generous checkout time and they did not worry that I arrived three hours before checkin.

I stayed at Rove Expo Hotel for one night with a friend, and we both enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a modern co-working space vibe, which makes it feel fresh and vibrant. One of the highlights for us was the gaming area, which features a PS5, video games, and foosball—definitely a fun touch! We originally booked a twin bed room, but they gave us a king room instead. It wasn’t an issue since they converted the bed for us. We also liked that there was a sofa bed, adding extra comfort. The service was top-notch, especially from Kato, who made us feel comfortable during our stay. The pool area was also nice and well-maintained, and overall, the hotel was clean and minimalistic in style. The simplicity of the rooms worked well for the space, though some might prefer a more elaborate interior. For a 3-star hotel, the breakfast exceeded expectations, even better than some 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at. We also loved the Iftar dinner—the service was impressive, with Aghostinha from The Daily ensuring we were well taken care of. The entire service team was hospitable, and Arwin from the Turkish ice cream station added a fun and entertaining touch to the experience. Baharat from room service also provided excellent assistance. While the overall experience was great, I struggled with sleep. The bed felt relatively new and firm, which some might prefer, but the pillow was too high and firm for my liking. I didn’t request a different one, assuming I would adjust, but unfortunately, it made me a bit uneasy. Despite the minor issue with the pillow, Rove Expo Hotel exceeded expectations for a 3-star hotel. In fact, it outshines some 4 and even 5-star hotels in terms of service, cleanliness, and overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it for those who appreciate a modern, minimalistic stay with great service and fun amenities. Would I stay again? Yes, but I’d request a different pillow next time! 😆

The best and favorite hotel! We stayed there 3 times already and everything is also perfect! Responsive and pleasant staff, excellent varied breakfast, walking distance to Dubai Mall! We had an unpleasant situation with cleaning, when they did not notice valuable things in the bed and raked it into the change of bed linen 😔 But they quickly found everything and returned it! Favorite hotel, which you want to return to again and again!

It's not the first time I stay here. For the first time it seemed that everything was fine. I came recently for a couple of days. 1. There is no ATM 2. It is not clear until what time the bar works. If I bought drinks... I was waiting for the bartender for about 20 minutes, and when he came, he told me that they were closed and he would not be able to sell me anything. I waited for you 20 minutes BEFORE closing. 3. Problem with parking spaces

It's few hundred meters to nearly 1 km to the exhibition center. There's a wide road and you need to walk to the roundabout if you want to walk to the exhibition center. If you want to take the taxi, the hotels located on the wrong side of the traffic flow and therefore the taxi need to drive extra distance to turn back to the exhibition center. Good side is that there's is convenient store at G floor of the hotel.

CCarol Lam 716Service: - Overall is good, reception manager Pei Pei demonstrated good service and fast response, but one reception guy was disappointing - Gobin who was the night time reception, was lowering the whole level of the hotel, ashamed the whole hotel (Incident: we saw an advertisement in the elevator showing 160 AED for 6 bottled Heineken beer in the afternoon, that night we ordered by dialing 0 in the room service, then when paying the bill, it was 252 AED, we didn't ask further for the price because we were afriad we missed some conditions in the advertisement. The other night, we planned to order again, so we see again the advertisement in the elevator, it just stated ”Dial 0 or scan QR code to place order”, then we headed to the reception and asked if there is any hidden conditions. Gobin just questioned me if my picture is taken on the day and told me it is a recent promotion, so it's wasn't started on the day i ordered. That's totally trying to drag the problem to us, i was never thinking to get back what i over paid, and you didnt need to defend and attack me at once. And then he asked if I have any proof that the advertisement was published on the day I order the beer, I said I didn’t take a picture on that day, then I asked him which day this promotion started, he failed to answer. Then he quibbled and said because we didn't tell over the phone that we wanted to get the promotion beer, so we couldn't get 160 AED beer. I was so pissed, but I was too focused on how I can proof the promotion has already started on the day I ordered the beer, then I went back to our room and I didn't pay much attention to his words. After going back my room, my family told me again what Gobin said just now, it was totally humiliating and treated us as a fool. Is that I don't mention the promotion price, then I need to pay extra? It's totally nonsence.  The original price was 240 AED for 6 bottles, we paid 252 AED just because you charged me on a price of single bottle 42 AED each x 6 bottles. Because I was totally pissed off, I went back and argued with him, he knew he couldn't cheat me anymore, then he passed our case to his colleague. His colleague ****** in his service too (but i forgot to memorize his name), same as Gobin, he was trying to point the problem back to us, he said because there was no bottled beer so the staff gave us canned beer that night, so I was charged for a higher price, then I told him to see the two remaining bottles in my room and i took picture on that night as well. At last, they failed to put back the fault to us, and gave me back the money. The whole incident was nonsense, and ruined my mood in the whole night. I had never tried to feel so pissed for a staff in the hotel before. Room: - Spacious, clean, sufficient facilities - Light flashes in washroom, tolerated for two nights but finally too annoyed, so reflected this on a random surve, Pei Pei approached me the next day when we were having breakfast and sent engineer to fix the light (she offered change of room but we turned down, and she offered a complimentary dinner and a fruit platter) Gym: - More than enough for a hotel Swimming Pool: - Small and not many seats Breakfast Buffet: - Large variety of choice and taste good

DDilailaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites in Dubai's Finance Centre, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic—metro is just opposite!!!! and just a short distance from attractions like the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The suite itself was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a fully functional kitchen, which was a nice touch for those looking to prepare their own meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after busy days. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a lovely outdoor pool and a well-equipped fitness center. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it had a good variety of options to start the day right. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Their willingness to assist with any requests added to the overall positive experience. Overall, my stay at Staybridge Suites was enjoyable and hassle-free. I would highly recommend it for both business travelers and families looking for a comfortable place to stay in Dubai.

JJUSTVALERIEThat was the best experience in Dubai! We really liked this hotel. The location is near to everything, metro station is about 15mins by foot, the district is so quiet suitable for families. The room is spacious and so clean, great service. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to visit the restaurant in the 2 nd floor at the evening, atmosphere and food is amazing. Only one disadvantage we found is it could be more variety of food on the breakfast. Anyway, it was tasty as well!

EEva G.After a disappointing stay earlier this week at another 4-star hotel in Tecom, I decided to try Novotel Al Barsha for the weekend, mainly because Swiss Butter Steakhouse is inside the hotel. My friend Hannah and I checked in with a mix of curiosity and hope for a better experience. The hotel does seem busy, which contradicts what some other guests have said. To their credit, we were given our room right away at check-in. I had booked a Superior Twin Room and specifically requested a higher floor for a better view. I also accepted a smoking room, understanding the compromise, but the overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallway left me wondering: shouldn’t a 4-star hotel manage this better? Upon entrance, to our surprise, we found a joined single bed instead of twins. We called reception, hoping to move rooms, but they offered to just separate the beds. Regret hit when we saw how small the single beds were! Honestly, if you’re tall or on the bigger side, this setup will not be comfortable—especially if you’re staying with friends or family. To add, the bed’s mattress clearly needed flipping, as there was an obvious slope that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Adding to the unfortunate, despite being on the 25th floor, there was no view to speak of—something we were really looking forward to. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially given the hotel’s location and our specific request for a high floor. The bathroom was another letdown. The tissue holder was almost broken, the materials inside looked cheap, and the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, with visible brown markings—pretty gross for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, the bathtub was at least clean, so that was something. On the bright side, the highlight of this hotel is definitely their spa and pool. We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect. The health club overall is the ace of this place. For breakfast, I agree with other reviews—it’s decent. The restaurant was packed in the morning, but the vibe was good. However, they don’t escort guests to tables; you just find a seat yourself, which is fine but felt a bit unpolished. One odd thing I noticed: while housekeeping did try their best to fulfill our requests—like providing coffee capsules and water—there was no creamer for the coffee and tea. Even 3-star hotels provide that, so it was a first for me (maybe it was just the standard). Despite these minimal disappointments, I still try to see the positive side of this hotel and did my best to take decent photos that you may see for reference. Overall, it seems like this hotel mainly caters to group tourists, which makes me wonder if they’re sacrificing quality for quantity. I hope they work on improving their services, including room quality, views, and attention to detail, so they can leave a better impression of Dubai for future guests.

The property boasts a variety of dining establishments, a well-equipped fitness center, and a swimming pool. In the evenings, guests can enjoy leisurely strolls on the deck while taking in the breathtaking sunsets over Dubai. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Shrook. IIpek EmilyMy husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!
