Clean and spacious room, separate dressing room, clean saucer, friendly staff, helped in the rain - approached the car with a umbrella, the service is excellent. Good night, birds sing in the morning, a pleasant garden in the yard... We'll be happy to stop again there.

I loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.

The Radisson Hotel Maiorana Belém (by Atlantica) is located in the “better” district of Belém in the Nazaré district.
From there you are a few minutes walk or with a ug at the attractions. The rooms in the hotel are very large, as the beautiful roof terrace swimming pool. Breakfast is excellent. It is only a pity that the hotel is not maintained/ maintained better.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

The hotel is well-received. It is well located in the city centre, near the pharmacy, supermarket, laundry. The pool is good but wasn't so clean. It has lifts. The room is well organized and complete, it has smart TV and fridge. The breakfast is not very varied and the coffee area is very small for a hotel like that.
