AAndreI arrived at the hotel to check in. However, there was already someone else in the room where I was going to stay, so I spent 30 minutes at the reception waiting for a solution. After 30 minutes they put me in a different room to the one I had booked. And my special request was not met. I do not recommend this hotel, the Andrade docas chain.

JJeremy LeeeeI was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

Também gostaria de destacar que o atendimento e a cordialidade na recepção deixaram a desejar. Espero que essas observações sejam consideradas para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes.

The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

MMariaLíviaThe hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.

GGuest UserI found the hotel with a good cost benefit, but I had a problem with the use of the safe, where it was not working, so I believe that before you give your room to the guest, everything must be checked. And they should be more capriching in cleaning.
