Very, very good hotel, I will choose it every time I go on business trip to Düsseldorf Airport, it is very cost-effective, the breakfast is very good, and the space is large
The room is relatively large and the facilities are very new.
There are REWE supermarket, pharmacy and DM opposite.
Close to the train station and the cathedral.
There is a hot water kettle.
Disadvantages: No refrigerator.
The room was suitable, that is, the parking space on the day was not found, and it took a few laps. Later, the parking space opposite was parked. It cost 15 euros and it was too expensive. The front desk service is good and the breakfast is quite rich!
Friendly welcome. Received an upgrade at the hotel with an excellent view of the Rhine. In the evening, we visited the rooftop bar with a fantastic view, a nice atmosphere, friendly service and delicious cocktails. Highly recommended. Large room with an extra armchair and stool. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is top notch. Everything your heart desires with a large vegan selection and milk alternatives, omelettes made to order. There were even scones. Service staff very attentive and unobtrusive. We definitely won't be there for the last time.
Excellent location and good hotel. Front desk service is efficient and parking is available (for low rate). Breakfast is great, with limited offering just what we needed. Would definitely go again when visiting Aachen.
Classic hotel with beautiful parks. It's good to walk in the park and convenient to use the underground parking lot. I like the chairs and quilts in the room. The restaurant is a little small but the food is delicious.
Staff very friendly. The breakfast has a great selection and very good products. The three-bed room was very cramped. It was fine for one night. But there was no place for the person to put their things. Only 2 bottles of water even though 3 people were booked. Only one toothbrush cup in the bathroom. The mattresses were OK, but the room was very worn.
The breakfast was delicious and I went to watch soccer and it was a great experience. There is no play around, but the hotel itself was good and the staff were friendly. I want to stay again someday
This is good hotel in Hagen, with good environment and service.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. 10 minutes walking to the cathedral. The rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff and all speaking very good English. In general we had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a little outside, but a bus stop right in front of the hotel is available. The reception was not more occupied than we arrived, but check-in still worked super uncomplicated. The room was very spacious and everything needed was available. Have felt very well and liked to come back!
KKwanThe bedsheets provided all look clean but the bed frames are covered in dusty so don’t believe they clean the frames at all just change the sheets and covers. Toilet and shower rooms are separate which is great when you have to share. The shared rooms don’t have hair dryers only the female ones do. Walls aren’t that soundproof so you can hear the elevator opening and closing but nothing ear plugs can’t fix.
JJethro.THighly recommended Dusseldorf hotel! The front desk staff is very polite, warm and thoughtful. The hotel is just a 3-4 minute walk from Dusseldorf Train Station, with a superior location and convenient transportation. The hotel is also very new, clean and tidy with a sense of design. The rest environment in the lobby is also very good!

GGuest UserModern hotel, super centrally located, very close to the main train station and the shopping area. Nice furnishings, gym on two floors with various equipment, you can have breakfast outside for much cheaper.. we would love to come back
띵띵글Amazing view. Be sure to choose the river view. You can also experience a wonderful view of Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine River from your room.
A luxury hotel worthy of the Hyatt name, friendly staff, I want to stay again next time.
Incredible views. Be sure to choose a river view. Great view of Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine River from the room.
Luxury hotel worthy of the Hyatt name, friendly staff, can't wait to stay again.
OOumezzineGreat hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees.
Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following:
-Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com
- Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com
- Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant
- Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement)
- Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note.
Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster
Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!
KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.
