Salamanca City Center
Perfect location right on the Plaza Major in Salamanca. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Only problem was we could not get the air conditioning cool enough even with staff coming right up to help us set the temperature controls.

Ideally located when travelling from Bilbao to Portugal. Very clean, large room with comfortable beds. Staff were efficient at the front desk. Did not use the restaurant. Instead, went across the road to Meson del Douro for dinner. Service was quick. If you don’t speak Spanish translate menu online so you know what to order.

LocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines. Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.

This hotel is located on the top of the mountain. It was built in a monastery. It is quite unique. The location is excellent and the scenery is very good👍. The most grateful thing is that our computer was left in the room. Later, after leaving the city, we followed I contacted the front desk of the hotel and found the computer. They sent it to a hotel three days later. Later we found out that the hotel we stayed in the next day also belonged to one of theirs 😂

Structurally beautiful, Great views and lovely room. ….but, something uncomfortable about staying there. Weird that we were not allowed outside on Saturday night because there was a wedding… we were clearly in the way as just ordinary guests! We felt like prisoners in our room , only alternative was the bar… which had a football match on the tv. We quite liked listening to the loud wedding pub band from our balcony until late into the evening. So, overall - not at all what we expected from a parador!

The hotel was in a great location for an overnight stopover on our way to Santander. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food to choose from and the room was very clean and comfortable. If I had one negative it was that the hotel room was tired with holes in the curtains and no hairdryer or safe as advertised. Having said that, the room being clean was more important than a few rips in the curtains and we would definitely stay here again.

After explicitly requesting a double bed, they delivered a double bed room. The breakfast was OK, 2.6 was not bad but was not good or excellent (thing that is expected from a hotel 4*) though it was varied. Although it did not have a meal in the hotel restaurant, the experience was not the best. After my wife and I sat on the table (with affordable prices and expected to be a hotel restaurant) the desk staffer took 3 dishes to the other tables. for the 3 dishes returned to the kitchen. After seeing the constant mistakes made by the kitchen, I had no courage or confidence to ask anything from the menu. The spa is a very high price for a 1H:15M circuit. The price of the conditions and the state of the space were good, only the Turkish bath should be in some kind of defect, because the temperature was rather low than it should be (about 47°C). Yes, I think it was not the best time for the receptions and events of graduates that were at the hotel, imagine the workers were trying to give their best to try to please all who were staying or spending time in family. The hotel has a park near the Tormes River, which we unfortunately could not enjoy because of bad weather.

Great and convenient location. Walking distance from the bus station and the main attractions. Room was quite spacious, very clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place in Burgos as it is really worth it for the price.
