Good comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
Should pay more atention to turn on the heater before clients arrive. We arrived late
and the rooms were freezing. After noticing it we were immediately given another room but situation could have been avoided.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, the interior is very distinctive and very clean. Every reception staff and restaurant service in the lobby are very enthusiastic and provide first-class service 👍
The Parador is a top-level hotel structure with excellent location.
But as you have nothing more than check-in staff, you miss a few baggage cars, given the distances to the existing rooms.
The existence of a computer point with at least two internet-connected computers that can cover the work or communication incidents that any guest may have is missed.
The coffee shop has a lot to improve in the fastness of the dishes, temperature and execution. sandwiches with a right content come cold and with half-toast bread.
It is easy to solve.
And you have to put up to date a high-size and sound quality TV, most of the times the cafe is filled coincides with the retransmission of a sporting event and you can no longer see on a TV like the current.
It is not acceptable that a bar bill cannot be paid using the different customer cards with the fractioned amounts they decide. It is a shared payment facility that is already common practice in any establishment.
Excellent value for money. Located on the outskirts of Salamanca, in Santa Marta de Tormes, about 10 minutes' drive from the university campus, and about 8 kilometers of urban roads. This is a fairly large hotel complex; there is also a campsite with the same property in the complex, and they share some services, such as tennis courts, gardens and swimming pools. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There is no parking problem. Good price.
The hotel was in a great location for an overnight stopover on our way to Santander. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food to choose from and the room was very clean and comfortable. If I had one negative it was that the hotel room was tired with holes in the curtains and no hairdryer or safe as advertised. Having said that, the room being clean was more important than a few rips in the curtains and we would definitely stay here again.
I recommend this hotel, spacious and clean rooms at a good price, good food in room service. Very good location

Great
AAroa82We had a great weekend and our pets accompanied us. With a surcharge of 35 euros, they put a bed, a feeder and a drinking fountain.
We slept very quietly without any noise.
Very comfortable bed.
A 10
FfonkaThe hotel is beautiful, very clean. Clean room, food There is a lot of breakfast to choose from. Everything is very comfortable. The staff is also good service.
GGuest UserIdeally located when travelling from Bilbao to Portugal. Very clean, large room with comfortable beds. Staff were efficient at the front desk. Did not use the restaurant. Instead, went across the road to Meson del Douro for dinner. Service was quick. If you don’t speak Spanish translate menu online so you know what to order.
AAnonymous UserI really like this hotel. It was converted from a monastery. The design is great and the management is first-class. The room is large and the breakfast is pretty good. Children under 4 years old need to pay breakfast and per capita fee, totaling 30 Euros.

GGuest UserAfter explicitly requesting a double bed, they delivered a double bed room. The breakfast was OK, 2.6 was not bad but was not good or excellent (thing that is expected from a hotel 4*) though it was varied. Although it did not have a meal in the hotel restaurant, the experience was not the best. After my wife and I sat on the table (with affordable prices and expected to be a hotel restaurant) the desk staffer took 3 dishes to the other tables. for the 3 dishes returned to the kitchen. After seeing the constant mistakes made by the kitchen, I had no courage or confidence to ask anything from the menu.
The spa is a very high price for a 1H:15M circuit. The price of the conditions and the state of the space were good, only the Turkish bath should be in some kind of defect, because the temperature was rather low than it should be (about 47°C). Yes, I think it was not the best time for the receptions and events of graduates that were at the hotel, imagine the workers were trying to give their best to try to please all who were staying or spending time in family. The hotel has a park near the Tormes River, which we unfortunately could not enjoy because of bad weather.
GGuest UserExcellent location near the train station. near the Roman waterpipe, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral ....10 minutes from the Cathedral and about 15 from Alcazar.Nice staff, large bedroom and comfortable couchs. Excellent price, excellent quality. excellent choice.
FFeiyanVery good, worth having, quiet morning breakfast, the scenery outside the window is not good.
Will stay next time, parking is also convenient, there are 2.2/2 hours around, free from 8 pm to 8 am, that is 13/day; (free on Sundays on the roadside) or parked in the hotel's own parking lot 19/day;
GGuest UserI really liked it, comfortable and well located.
The 15th century cloister is a marvel and it is a pleasure and a luxury to have coffee there.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is good.
The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious.
Very well located for walking to the city centre, the start of the Aqueduct is just a few metres from the hotel.
A highly recommended choice.
