A wonderful hotel, in every way, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean, and would definitely visit again,, and wonderful facilities for all families

The room was quite satisfactory. Although it was in the second place in the local rankings, I didn't feel the luxury of the hotel. On the contrary, the hotel staff were very warm and friendly. In addition to the buffet, there are many meals that are now made at zero, and the cost is included. Lemonade and fruit are provided free of charge at the front desk. Hotel location is still OK, but Jersey is not big, and the San Brerade sea is not big. The restaurants are all ten minutes walk away. The bus stop is opposite the hotel.

The room is large. The toilet flush button is not easy to use, and the heating is not on at night, so it is quite cold. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is not bad, and the restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable.

Overall I enjoyed my stay..the only thing I felt let down by was the breakfast buffet...wasn't much options... And the food wasn't worth the price..didn't enjoy what I chose from the buffet

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Great hotel, service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious and lots of it - great gym too !

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

Had a fabulous stay at the Royal Yacht, our Gold Twin room was really spacious and very clean. The food was excellent especially the breakfasts and the staff were really attentive and helpful. Perfect location for accessing the local buses and tourist information. Would definitely stay here again.
